my experience in this restaurant as a worker: let's start with the terrible manager Joseph! As a manager, I would like to know if he has the academic studies to manage this restaurant. Because he is arrogant and unprofessional to treat customers and workers. He is a screamer and acts bitter. It is a very bad idea and terrible to have a family member working in the restaurant. That very special lady harnesses the power of being the manager's family. since the lady loves to waste time making a lot of fuss and looking for the fault of others; and more if she doesn't like someone. They value me for my effort and dedication at work. not to be liked by someone. What is horrible on the part of that lady is that she uses the other co-worker for her evil purposes. a coworker tried to get her to work in the smoothie section and she couldn't quite make it. and they changed her position. That girl doesn't know English and she doesn't know how to use the cashier. š The manager's family lady has supposedly been working there for ten years and she doesn't know how to use the cashier or speak English, unbelievable!! that lady used my ex coworker to bother me in my work area so that I would resign since the manager will not be able to contradict her. That lady who is a worker and a family member of the manager used my former co-worker, she began to put negative things in her head to speak ill of me to the manager and insist that I did not want help from them. my coworker kept trying to intimidate me if the lady could scold me for this and that. She said that she wanted to help me by criticizing and confusing me. when I have 20 years of experience working in restaurants š. She made me very angry because she would say a lot of incoherent things. It seems that she has serious personality problems. I scolded her for it; because she couldn't concentrate on my work and the very fool she tells me that it was that she just wanted to talk about anything and I told her no. And more when there is a lot of work to do I don't like to talk nonsense. she dared to tell me that it was not better to change my position and look for another job. that she wanted my position and they did not give it to her. that sometimes she wanted to run away from there. š . The night before i give up ; She apologized to me and you repeated things to me like 10 times that being lazy with that girl is a nightmare. and I told him that everything was fine, that nothing was wrong. I for my part happy and calm and I thought that she too. The next day she didn't want to greet me angrily and talking to the manager's family lady a lot, she already knew that they were both up to something. so it was ! then when you need a little help they deliver the shakes . The two of them began to tell the manager that I didn't want her help. and the manager came to me talking to me screaming in front of all the costumers. Since the professional has nothing, instead of telling me, let's talk in private and listen to my version. like he must be a professional. here are two versions the girl who wanted the position and she was envious of not being able to have the position. And the lady who kept driving her crazy saying negative things like she confessed to me. Or was she the one who kept talking negative things about me. Or perhaps because of her ex-companion, not losing her job, she followed what the lady told her to do. My friend and I independently arrived at the total unsuitability of this manager for his job foisted onto customers. He was so bad we laughed when we had a "You too?" moment.
Me When my buzzer went off, I went to pick up my food: 1/3 lb burger combo with drink + chicken wings = 3 things to carry
Mgr watched me struggle with my 2 arms. All he did was to say, "Sir, sir. Watch your drink."
I asked him if they have any trays. He said "No". That's it. Nothing more. A proper mgr would have gotten involved to maybe help me hold 1 plate and ask where I sat to help me get my 3 things to my table. No, all this mgr did was stand there. Like, I'm the ideal customer for restaurants, entree combo + add-on (wings) and this is how ideal customers with add-ons are treated.
I left my half cup of coke on the pick up area and took my 2 plates of food to our table in the outdoor patio. I had my friend there watch my wings while I brought my burger & fries back into the store to get burger toppings & ketchup for the fries, and a refill on the coke. This was awkward, inconvenient for me. I just looked at the mgr and thought, "What an idiot? Why is he here?"
My friend & I enjoyed out meal. Good wings, crispy and meaty with good Buffalo flavor. Burger was dry, even at medium (some pink in center, not good) but in the past, when I ordered med-well with a 1/2 lb burger, the meat was too dry to enjoy. This is a problem, hence 3/5 for food quality.
As we finished up, the table beside us left about 10 minutes before. They, like normal guests, left their stuff to be bussed away. When not cleared quickly in an outdoor patio, birds come for the leftovers, lots of birds and they poop all over on the table & chairs and generally provide a risky environment as their wing flaps move germs around while we are still eating.
Friend My friend didn't want to contribute to the mess, brought his dishes inside to drop off somewhere. The mgr said he should have just left his dirty dishes outside (where I and others are eating) to, you know, attract more birds. While we were there another 20 mins while I finished my meal and talked, nobody came out to bus the dishes, so more birds. I took a scan, EVERY SINGLE CHAIR seatback had bird poop on the seatbacks, meaning the mgr is leaving bird poop for ppl to sit on while eating. AVIAN Flu H5N1 š¤§
We both just laughed when we compared notes; "Same guy? Yeah. Dumpy looking, totally unhelpful, lazy, rude" "Yep, same guy". As we left thru the dining room, we confirmed it was the same guy.
Fudd's need to put up screens to keep birds out. They're not cleaning the bird poop when customers are eating, their mgr thinks keeping dirty dishes on tables to attract birds to endanger eating customers is normal, and made that clear to my friend. Also that he didn't think to send someone to bus the dirty dishes even after we showed him by bringing in our dishes.

During my visit, I approached the General Manager, as I had already paid for a cup of soda and requested it to go. However, he informed me that they were short on to-go cups and could not provide me with the cup of soda that I had paid for. While this was already frustrating, what truly shocked me was the behavior of the General Manager's wife who was present at the time.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, the General Manager's wife which does not work for Fuddrocker began yelling and insulting my companions and me in front of other customers. Her rude and inappropriate behavior made for an extremely uncomfortable environment, and it was clear that she was causing a scene.
As a loyal customer, I believe that it is crucial for a restaurant to ensure a pleasant and respectful dining experience for all patrons. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, such as a shortage of supplies, but it should not result in customers being subjected to such uncivil behavior.
I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future. I hope that a thorough investigation will be conducted, and suitable measures will be implemented to prevent situations where customers are treated disrespectfully by members of the staff, particularly in the presence of a General Manager.
I have always enjoyed dining at Fuddruckers, and I believe that constructive feedback is essential for the improvement of any establishment. I hope that my concerns will be taken seriously and that you will provide a proper and acceptable resolution to this issue.
