Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Pembroke

I've never had an experience at any restaurant or place that makes food like I did here. Very large heavy set guy made me a HUGE sub, way bigger than normal but I didn't see it until I got home. The whole time he's making my sub he's talking and talking and obviously trying to butter me up. I go to check out and he leaves the tip option on screen right away. I skip the tip and I pay with my card. He hands my sandwich and says nothing... as I'm walking out he half-heartedly says "have a good day" and I said thanks you too... and he goes "yeah get out of here". I was honestly taken aback by it. The guy was 2-3 times my size and I was already halfway out the door when he said it like a coward. Never in my life have I been talked to like that at a place of business... that's a great way make sure I never come back and when I do, you NEVER get a tip. This was years ago so maybe that guy is gone because I never saw him again, but the following 2 subs I got there were just awfully made so I take the extra drive to Hanover instead... but that place hired tons of new people at the time and they were...

Location is always clean and staff is friendly. Pretty good subs for a chain restaurant. The owner of the Pembroke location is active in the community and donates to local schools.

Edit: what happend to this location??? Last 3 visits were absolutely horrible. Last one was the worst. Rude dirty looking dudes seemed annoyed at me for ordering online. My sub was disgusting to the point I threw it away 3 bites in. Old assorted chunks of food stuck all over my bread and inside my sandwich. It was 11:20 am and the kitchen area was obviously still dirty from the day before and both employees were sweating profusely. One half of my sub had all the cheese, one half the meat hahaha. I placed a medium size order in Pembroke store, waited about 40 minutes. I made it clear on one of the steak sandwich I ordered no cheese. What happened when I got home cheese on the steak. My husband can't eat cheese. The drive to the store from my home is 20 minutes so I won't go back. I called and they offered a free regular size when I come back. I ordered the giant size. We won't be back. How how can you mess this up when you wrote it down!!! P.s. the peppers they use are not the fresh green peppers, I believe they are from a jar or can they have a pickled taste.
