Very disappointed in the Pendleton Oregon dominos. Ordered online at 6pm, the tracker said order was being prepped at 608 pm and stayed that way for the next 40 min when my total delivery time was supposed to be 30-42 minutes. I called to check because who knows, maybe the tracker isn't functioning correctly? The gal answered and said that actually my order is going to be another hour. Naturally, I asked if the online system was broken or flawed because it stated 30-42 min in total. She then said she would get her manager even though I didn't ask, hmm makes me think dominos has this problem more often than not. Manager Brandy came on to tell me she has no answer in regards to what the estimated time said and all she could tell me is they are the only place open and they have 100+ orders on their screen. She asked if I wanted to cancel my order and my response was that I already paid online, including tip and rounding up for donation. She said I would get refunded in 2 or so business days. I asked her how that was acceptable and asked if she could put a rush on my order because I'm assuming only online orders are being thoroughly messed up. She said no and proceeded to tell me she was just going to go ahead and cancel my order. WHAT? I'm sorry but when did it become the establishments call and not the customer. Im baffled and disgusted at her lack of "managerial professionalism" I told her that was un acceptable and hung up. OK so that's that but then I never get ANY notification that my order has been canceled for another 20 minutes so again, I call back to confirm that she actually canceled it and she states that she said she was going to but did not because I hung up on her. What in the actual Frick? How does this person get to mess with my money like this and treat me as if she would do what she wants with my order and $ as if I didn't behave the way she wanted. NOPE. Now you best cancel it Miss Brandy because I am done with this place. What happened to customer service and accountability? It is non existent especially in the Pendleton...
Read moreThe delivery person has always been friendly, but their pizza quality is super variable. They almost always will forget your sauces or sides. I just ordered a pizza with fresh tomatoes (I don't really like cooked tomatoes) which is an option on their menu, not something I had to include through a text box or anything. They crossed it out on my box, even though I can still see it in the sticker on my box. They also crossed out my other topping which doesn’t appear to be on my pizza. Since it was Parmesan cheese it’s hard to be 100% sure about that, but I’ve had it both ways enough, I’m pretty certain it’s not there. I’d understand if they ran out, of either, or even both toppings, but let me know! Either have the delivery person tell me, or call the number you make me give you before I order so you can get it right. It’s super frustrating to always have to wonder if you’re going to get what you ordered and paid for! I’ve had problems like this multiple times and so have most of my friends and coworkers. I give up! I just want to get the food I pay for! As someone who’s worked in food service almost all of their working career, I know this is 100% unacceptable to be such a...
Read moreAppalling!!!! After a very long day I treated my mom and myself to a delivery order so neither one of us had to worried about cooking dinner. My order total came to $20.47 and I paid that amount on my bank card. I paid the driver cash for his tip. So much to my surprise when reviewing my bank transactions instead of the $20.47 my account was debited $25.00. So basically I was robbed by a dominos employee. I seldom order dominos but it was something quick and easy. I don’t understand why someone thinks it’s ok to steal from the very people that are paying their salaries. I am disabled and on a very limited income and I can not afford to pay a 50% tip to someone. So people beware make sure you check your bank transactions if you are ordering food from this establishment you might end up paying a lot more then just the amount of your food order. Something needs to be done about this because here you have the trickle down effect. The actions taken by a few can can cause consequences to many. So buyer beware. Check your...
