Came in to eat, waited over 1 whole hour for food! Then the serve came back to the table and said she just now realizing she didnt have the side we chose which was wild rice! Then we waited even longer! I asked her how long because we was just going to leave she saod of we wanted to leave that was fine but ahe would go check! Then she comes out with the food it was literally ice cold my boyfriend whole plate! At that point we asked for a manager some older lady woth a horrible nasty attitude said he was busy and couldnt come out! So we asked how long would we have to wait for the plate to be remade another hour she said probably because hes busy! I was confused becaise there was only 4 guest in the whole establishment! She told us it was the drive thru! Which I didnt see 1 car! So we just told her cancel his whole order! She took his food came back with our bill and told us she took 20percent off because the hassle! However the managaer never came out to speak woth us but was walking around taking pictures of the salad bar! This by far was the WORST service I ever encountered and NEVER experienced where a manager didnt come speak to us about anything! The server even seem like she knew there was alot of bs going on! The older lady that seated us was entirely way to old to act and speak like she did! Just disgusting! We came to spend money in your establishment to get treated like that and still pay when my man didnt even get to eat is disgraceful behavior! I will be...
Read moreMy wife and I took our 8 year old grandson to get lunch at this location. My wife and grandson ordered the salad bar. While they were at the salad bar, an older African American woman, later identified as Ms Shirley begin making comments to another eat n park employee saying she does'nt like kids at the soup kettle. She went on berating my grandson and said "where is his mother." I then interjected and told her that was my grandson and my wife was at the salad bar with him. Shirley then walked off and the other employee smirked and said we just worry about kids at the soup bar to which I replied Shirley's comment was rude and uninviting. I asked to speak to a manager. After explaining what occurred, he said he was shocked that Shirley would say or do something like that. He identified her as a greeter and said he would talk to her. I AM APPALLED that something like this would occur in 2024 at a restaurant in a predominantly minority neighborhood by an older African American woman. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone! The service at this establishment and treatment of patrons was reminiscent of restaurant service minorities received in the Jim Crow south in the...
Read moreI live less than a half mile away from this Eat’n Park, so when I need a last minute quick meal that isn’t fast food, Eat’n Park always crosses my mind. I occasionally order breakfast here on weekdays when I work from home, when I go to pick up my food from their drive-thru window, they are always very kind and never mess up my orders. I am almost always exactly on time, since I live so close, and I have never showed up to them not having my order ready. It’s always packed up and ready to go when I arrive, and I can make my round trip to and from my dining room table in 10 minutes or less. The only issue I usually have is that because the food goes into the containers piping hot (and steaming) the waffle, French toast, or pancakes I usually order will usually be a little soggy, and not quite as “fresh” as you would expect in restaurant. Since the containers are made of styrofoam, and you already have those items in a separate container, I would recommend cutting off a corner or two of the lid to let out some steam, which would help keep that nice lightly crispy griddle finish.
Needless to say, I will be...
