Big Mike's Grill — Restaurant in Pennsville Township

Food is excellent, lady at the register took others before me and I was standing right there by the counter. Poor customer service. I would give them 5 stars for their food but service could be better. Went once again to have lunch wanted to purchase a half order of fries because I would not be able to eat a full order with a footlong dog because I had a gastro-sleeve surgery done. I was told that they would not split an order of fries but would sell me a full order knowing I would waste at least half the order. I informed them that I would not return because they would not meet the special needs of a customer. Very poor customer relations, they need to know that a business' best advertisement is a satisfied customer. Not satisfied at all and will be taking my business elsewhere. Decided to visit this place for the first time. The place was completely emptied. We waited patiently for anyone to greet us. As we walked in, young teenager putting sodas in the fridge, no acknowledgement. Continued to walk in, another employee behind the counter... we wait, nothing, no acknowledgement, no greeting. An older man on the grill, we waited, again, no acknowledgement. After employee numer 4 walked by, clearer saw us (plus, she saw us outside as we pulled up) and again, seeing inside she did not acknowledge as she walked across. Really sorry, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try several different items since I moved to Pennsville. The first time I ordered chicken tenders that where barely edible. Then I ordered boneless wings that where also severely overcooked. I decided to try again and ordered the footlong hotdogs that they premier on the menu with saurkraut. I got small dried out hotdogs that had like 6 strings of Saurkraut on each hotdogs. I don't know if it's just when I order but have had really bad experience through several...
