If I could give a negative review, I would. I'm shocked by the experience, service, managing, and overall atmosphere my family and I were in. We waited roughly 20 minutes for a table, but the staff continued to swear about the people coming into the resturant (one name specifically was Ena). We were not upset about the wait.
We ordered our drinks and food at the same time once seated. My father ordered a draft beer which did not show up until 20 minutes later. Our food was served cold and my mother's wings were forgotten about by the waitress. My fiancé kindly asked our waitress for Pepsi when he first got his wings. The waitress walked passed the entire evening, not asking us for another drink and never brought my fiancé another Pepsi. My mother waved over another staff member to please get us drinks and my father asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Pat, came over and was politely explained the circumstances. When we went to walk out of the resturant, the manager stood their allowing the staff to hound us infront of other customers waiting for a seat. Without hesitation, I asked for a business card to contact higher up staff. I think for a manager it is their job to make sure staff is polite and respectful while issues are resolved and not stirred up further by staff. Instead, he allowed them to insult and be rude to a customer who just had bad service. A picture of the staff was taken to show cooperate of who exactly was giving the poor service and swearing while people are waiting on a seat.
I have never in my life had such poor service. Honestly, it has changed my impression of Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't know how a place can still be in business with staff and management like this. I have full intentions of taking this as far as I can because no one should ever be treated the way we were treated. It was garbage service, poor management, and a degrading atmosphere. I will never be back to a Buffalo Wild...
Read moreI do not like writing negative reviews, but this one definitely needs to be written. We went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Hermitage, PA while our son was watching a movie at the theatre. We got to the restaurant around 7:50 and got seated right away, there were only a few people in the restaurant. We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to approach our table. Nobody came. My husband had to go find someone to take our order. We ordered two waters a buffalo chicken wedge salad and an order of 10 wings, that is it. My salad came out at a reasonable time, over 40 min later I had finished my whole salad and our sons movie was about to finish, my husbands wings still had not come out. We waited a few more minutes. After waiting as long as we could, We decided to just go up front to pay for my salad and leave. As we get to the register the kitchen finally has the wings ready to go and they charge us full price for the wings we were unable to eat. We asked to have them taken off our check since we wouldn’t be taking them with us. The manager, Kayla, comes out and doesn’t say a single word to us, she doesn’t apologize, nor does she offer the wings to us, I’m not even sure she ever looked up at us. We pay for my salad and walk outside. We were both pretty frustrated with how they handled the situation. What kind of manager has No excuse, no explanation, no apology, no eye contact? I went back inside to talk to her and ask her what happened. Kayla told me she was in the back training and they were having a bad day in a very matter of fact voice with still no apology. We didn’t ask for anything. We just wanted to be shown a little human courtesy. We came to a restaurant expecting to have a nice dinner, spent an hour there and didn't receive what we came for, what anyone would expect come for when you go to restaurant to have dinner. Just very...
Read moreHorrible Service. The hostess & waitress both seemed very nice at first. We were sat at a dirty booth; we had to wipe the food from the seats to sit down. We ordered appetizers. Our waitress walked away before we finished our order; we had to wait for her to notice us waving to finish ordering. Of the 3 orders, we only received 2 because she forgot to even put in one of the orders. The cooks brought our first appetizer. It was warm, fresh and finished. The second appetizer our waitress brought was cold. The wait for dinner food was well over 45 minutes. When the food was received, it was cold. (Might not be a kitchen issue, as the waitress paid no attention to us.) Our waitress told us the kitchen messed up the orders & as she is explaining, it was her who messed up and thankfully we corrected the issue. Our waitress relied on poor memory. I never saw her write our orders/drinks. No one ate- we all tried our cold food but it was not appetizing to eat cold chicken and fries. The boys had wings; they ate 7 of 36 and decided to wait to heat them. We sat at the table waiting for the waitress to come by so we could get the check. It was at least 20 minutes before she acknowledged us. For 5 people with full plates, she brought 3 boxes. Another 10 minutes went by and we had to find a different waitress to get the other boxes. 10 more minutes, no waitress. We had to ask someone else to cash us out so we could leave. In the 2 hours we were there, our waitress checked in once. If the restaurant was busy, I'd understand. Appetizer dishes were never removed, not even to make room for dinner plates. We kept shuffling them around the table to make room. Our waitress made the experience an unfortunate one, as not one of 5 people ever...
