Mrs Mary, the rep in there was awesome making sure I got what I needed. She didn't stop talking to the warehouse to see if they had anything that I could get since the items that I originally wanted was out of stock. It would have taken over 3weeks for me to get what I needed. I had done without it for a while and would have waited 3 weeks but that date wasn't a guarantee that the product was available. When I told her my circumstances she found a similar product that was in stock. I didn't tell her that it came with something else that I wanted that she had in stock. A life saver who recieved a call of praise while I was there that she told me about. Awesome woman, awesome business worth every dime....

They sell themselves as a family-owned small business but their customer service is worse than any big chain store.
