Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

Very disrespectful manager name HENRY,, I ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE ALMOST EVERY DAY SINCE THEY HAVE THE $10 SPECIAL ON THE LARGE 3 TOPPINGS !!! I ORDERS $10 LARGE PIZZA WITH PEPPERONI ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND BACON (ADD EXTRA CHEESE) AND I ALSO ORDERS A $10 LARGE CHEESE PIZZA (ADD EXTRA CHEESE) THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER ONCE BEFORE AND I WAS TOLD I HAD A CREDIT OF $24 FOR BOTH PIZZAS MY RESPONSE (OK THANK YOU HAVE A BLESS DAY SIR) SO LASTNITE I ORDERED SAME 2PIZZAS SOON AS THE DELIVERY GUY LEFT YOU KNOW READY TO FEED MY KIDS BUT WHAT SUPRISE THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER AGAIN 😔 SO I CALLED THE STORE BACK TO LET THEM KNOW AND I WAS PLACE ON HOLD 3 DIFFERENT CALLS LAST NIGHT BETWEEN 8 P.M. - 10 P.M ... SO I DECIDED RO CALL TODAY TO TELL THEM ABOUT HOW THEY MESSED MY ORDER UP AGAIN .. I SPOKEN TO A MANGER NAME HENRY,FIRST HE ASKED HOW DO I KNOW THE PIZZA DOESNT HAVE EXTRA CHEESE I TOLD HIM CAUSE I ORDERED IT EVERYDAY !!! HE TOLD ME TO ORDER SOME WHERE ELSE , BYE HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE AS I WAS TRYNA EXPLAIN TO HIM I WASNT EVEN WORRIED ABOUT THE PIZZA ANYMORE ... Just know I will not order from you guys...

I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, side salad and a Zesty Italian Salad for delivery. $45.73. The order arrived without ham or pepperoni on the zesty salad. I called the store and was told it was my fault because I was supposed to ask for it. Incorrect, no way to do that and description clearly states that it comes with that. I asked them to make a new one and they said they were out of lettuce. I was then advised that I could get a refund and she put the manager on. He offered a refund but said I had to come and get it. That's unacceptable - if the whole point for delivery is because I didn't want to leave the house. Anyhow, I gave up but decided I'll eat salad without the meat.... lettuce was brown and old - not surprised since it was apparently the last of what they had left. I'm sick and tired of wasting my money on delivery that's wrong and no one wants to make it right. No more business to this place from me! They may not care but I can at least chose not to spend my money there. Hopefully, enough do that and they'll either step up their quality or go out...

First time went to eat here it was so cold in the building my pizzas came out cold and I froze and had to walk out side to get warm!!! So called it in, And was give a credit, And was told I could get take out or return to dining in by the district manager..So I returned to dine in And ordered my Food when finished I waited 25min for a box and 30 min for my check. I watched 2 couples and 2 young males walk out from no service. When I told them about the credit I didn't get my full credit and the manager would not even talk to me about it and I had to pay for half the bill!! As I was paying the bill the waitress was being rude and moving her hand in front of my face basically telling me to be away with yourself... As I was leaving a lady came in to the store with a pizza that was delivered that was upside down, This is some kind of romper room for a resteraunt!! The rest rooms were dirty no tp nothing to dry your hands with...No sweet Tea This would be a good place to have a real pizza hut with real...
