Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pensacola

Went to the mall and figured I would grad some Chick-fil-A .The guy who helped me was rude didn’t seem like he wanted to be there.Not a big deal it’s whatever .I ordered a 12 count regular normal nugget and when I got the bag I saw that I got grilled instead of regular ,went back and asked them to change it out, opened the box and there was only 8 . Went back there and told them that they didn’t give me enough because I paid for 12 .I was very mad so I was mixing up my words and asked for a ten piece .The guy obviously knew what I meant but kept telling me “We don’t have a ten piece!”Finally got back to my seat when my sister told me they forgot our drinks ! Worst...

Their customer service here is extremely poor. The workers do not have common sense either. They gave someone else my order and I watched the lady they gave my order to dig through the bag and hand it back to them. Then they tried to give me that same bag back to me. I refused to take it. I made them remake my order. That is extremely nasty and they violated so many codes for trying to hand that food back to me. I should call the health department on them honestly for how they treated me that day and because obviously they are not aware of health code violations and the fact that COVID-19 procedures is still an...

We all know Chick-fil-a is God's heaven on earth in every way shape and form. No matter how many times I come here, it never fails how great the service is. Even when I mess up my own order on the to go app (I was still learning how to work it), they apologized to me AND offered to correct my order no matter how much I politely declined. Most time they tell me to hush lol. I love Chick-fil-a and all of the wonderful employees at this location. Keep up the great work!!!
