I hate leaving bad reviews. Called about a week prior to Christmas to try to get a new radio for my wife's vehicle (I honestly didn't think anything about it being a holiday). Talked to Lee about what was going on and what we needed. He took my name and number down and said if I didn't hear back from him that day to call the next day. I never heard back and forgot to call the next day, so I called the day after. He said that he was doing research on the issue and would call back. Waited until after Christmas and called back. He informed me that he already ordered the parts and he was waiting for another part to come in. HE NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A QUOTE. I explained this to him and he said he would get a quote together and call me back. Here we are 3 weeks later still waiting on a quote. I want to support local businesses but with customer service like this its hard to do. If you are that busy, you need to hire more people....

I have heard this place was amazing. I wish I could write a review based on actually having a sales experience. Unfortunately it seems they do not want my money. I called twice and spoke with a man who told me he would get back to me in a few days, but feel free to call him back. Both times he never called. I eventually went there in person and they were very friendly, seemed professional. He quoted me for work and said he would call and schedule me in a couple days. Several days go by with no call. I call back, he says a lady will call and schedule me in a couple of days. Almost a week goes by with no call. I called and got her on the phone, she says she will call me back to schedule in a few minutes. Hours later and I never got a call. Really? I am not going to beg someone to let me give them money for a service, there must be someone in town who wants to install speakers in my car...
