Belvedere Heating & Air Conditioning Plaza — Local services in Pensacola

This shopping plaza is not in the best area of town. Right behind it is one of the most crime ridden violent government housing in Pensacola as well. So I can say without any doubt in my mind, when you go there you probably will get approached by someone asking if they can have your spare change, money, and a number of other things! So the reason I say all this because I've been going there for the past couple of years ONLY because of two places that are there. That would be Wingstop and GNC. Thouse businesses there and maybe the Chinese food place are pretty good and very close to the Walmart I shop at from time to time.

The other businesses that are in there are like so many others in the area..... understaffed and most of the time ran by young people with little to no customer service! Also I have seen and hurd from lots of the employees cursing and that they straight out just don't care about the customer, their experience, or their time. All that being said, I'm sure there are many fine employees in all those businesses there. But I can only tell you about my experiences...

As usual, the service was great at the Pensacola Po' Folks. I'm spoiled by this Po' Folks location because their food is usually excellent. So, I was slightly disappointed when the biscuit was overdone and the gizzards were just okay. Someone in their kitchen was having an "off" day. It happens to everyone. This was definitely a first for me, especially at the Pensacola Po' Folks. A first with the food simply being average instead of excellent. I've no doubt that my next visit will once again...

My son took me here for lunch after I CT scan. We were greeted right away, as we came in. Our waiter introduced himself to us then seated us. He told us about the specials they had for the lunch hour. Took our frank order and or choice of what we order. He was very attentive, very courteous, and very friendly. The food was really good and hot, plus you didn't have to wait for refills for your drinks. Very good place to eat, very friendly customer service. Highly recommend...
