This place could be so much more, but because stupid people run it, it is nothing but a warm flat draft in a dirty pint glass served by a surly bartender. To start with they don't take credit cards which right off the bat is a red flag. So then you are reduced to having to pay a whopping 5.00 in fees to withdraw $20.00 on their tacky in-house ATM.

The first thing you notice when you sit down is how uncomfortably hot it is inside. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that the owner is too cheap to buy the hydraulic thing that closes the front door behind you once it is opened so that the door remains open when patrons walk in. I literally had to keep getting up from my barstool to close the front entrance door. No food which I know it isn't a restaurant but a frozen pizza and wings wouldn't kill them and increase their revenue. Patrons spend more at liquor and beer/wine establishments that offer some food. Even a cheese tray would help.

So after all this you would think at the end of the day you could get a cold beer in a clean glass. Wrong again! It was like drinking a bucket of piss in a warm dirty pint glass. It's a shame because they actually do make good craft beer. But this is just one...

My husband and I just got married last Saturday and we got our keg from Pensacola Bay Brewery which we were really excited about until after the ceremony when we went to tap the keg and it wouldn’t work. We tried multiple times but it was just completely jammed for some reason. When we went to return the keg and discuss a refund or credit or even an exchange, the man behind the desk informed us he has NO record of us getting the keg and said for us to just give him the keg and tap back and he’ll call. With no record on their end we felt better holding onto the keg that was COMPLETELY full of beer at this point to ensure that we had our own record of having it since they have nothing on their end. We told him we would look up the bank statement as well from the $200 deposit we left. He then proceeded to say “Well, I won’t be able to do anything until my boss is done on the golf course, we don’t interrupt his golfing.” I don’t understand why you have a business that you don’t want to run during business hours or have another employee that can handle things when you aren’t present. Very upset with their customer service/lack of customer service. We won’t be...

He walked into a brewery to grab a six pack they offered for takeout. “Eight dollars,” said the bartender as he plopped the cans on the counter. “Eight dollars!?” he replied in astonishment. “Yep. Eight,” she said proudly. He couldn’t believe how cheap this was in the current economy. He couldn’t recall an experience before this where he hadn’t felt scammed. It was as if the whole world was lying whether it wanted to or not. The only way to keep up was to ride the wave of societal deceit. This was not that and she deserved to be proud, pretty too. “Why are you so dressed up?” she asked him. “Dinner.” “These desert?” He nodded and smiled. “Rad,” she said. He left the place feeling like things were good in the world. All six beers were drank on a balcony...

I’ve been to brewery’s just about anywhere I travel and this is hands down my favorite brewery. And it’s where I live! The crowd here is usually very friendly and I enjoy chewing the cud with them. They have a great selection of beers and should just about accommodate for anyone. They also have a little wine selection for those who aren’t into micro brews. I suggest the Blackbeard Stout or the Riptide. Both are my favorites. The small and large growlers are an amazing deal for those who like to indulge at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED brewery.

Stopped into Pensacola Bay Brewery while traveling through the area. This place was packed for a Sunday afternoon and it's in a really cool historical area. I had the Fish House Fish Head Red, Red Ale. The beer was pretty good. What I was not a fan of, was that they said they were cash only, so after getting cash out of the ATM and paying fees the beer cost me about 9 bucks which in this day and age there's no reason not to be able to accept card payment. I don't think if I was traveling in the area I would stop in again. Cheers!

Found another great spot in Pensacola,,Had a great time he the beertender Clint was awesome! He asked me what type of beer do I like? I loved this, he took the time to tend to me, because hubby knew what he liked! People came in and they spoke to us even sat down at the bar and chatted with us! The beer samples were great! I bought a shot glass and sign to hang over our bar!,,,we watched the runners go by. They have outdoor seating! This is not a restaurant, it's a brewery with chips only, so don't come hungry!,,lol
