Just delightful! I have held several large group get togethers here and my friends had the best time. The place is small (so reserve early!), but charming with little touches of flair all around. The mixed matched tea sets are delightful and everyone gets super excited to see which teapot they'll receive. I really appreciate the variety of tea to include non-caffeinated ones for those wishing to abstain. Personally, I like the lavender. The food is outstanding. Sometimes I swing by without a reservation just for a sausage roll for takeaway, they are THAT GOOD. The scones are perfection and the clotted cream is the best I've had this side of the pond. Recently we went on a Viking Cruise to the Mediterranean that had a high tea and it really did not live up to the Olde English Creamery. Not even close. The ladies working here are super sweet and welcoming. They're constantly running to ensure each set of guests has everything they need to really enjoy themselves. Keep your eyes open for themed tea events (like Harry Potter or Taylor Swift!) and don't be scared to dress up! Hats, fascinators, feathers, dresses, suits all make for a fun time. Dressing up is half the fun of coming here :) There's a pay by the hour car park half a block to the east, or if you're lucky you can find some on-street parking near the park. They do serve wine and bubbly if you're celebrating!

Cool turn of the century eatery. It is located in its original buiding and decorated with cute, quirky, vintage, cottage-y furnishings. It is very small and gets booked up quickly. I went here on a Sunday at 11:45am with a group of six. This was the first english tea experience for 4 of the 6 of us. We had to split up our group because of lack of seating available. They opened at 12pm and they were full to capacity by 12:45pm. So get there early! The tea selection was okay. Not a lot of variety and not much flavor. They only had one herbal tea option, which is the tea I prefer. I chose to be adventurous and got the lady blue tea (which is supposed to be one of their sweetest, fruitiest teas) and shared half of an english scone (which is basically a sweet biscuit with raisins) with jam and clotted cream. I would not order either again. The jam was delicious! The tea was weak and bitter in my opinion and I could not taste or smell any fruity notes at all. On the up side, the owners were very friendly and welcoming. The husband even took a picture with my group. For the person who enjoys traditional teas such as earl grey, black tea, and breakfast tea. This is a great place to check out. Overall limited options and a bit pricey for value. This is definitely a niche eatery geared toward a specific taste and style of food that is just not my preference.

English’s tea experience in Pensacola, FL!🫖 I’ve come to the Olde English Creamery 3x from the span of 2019 to now and have enjoyed my experiences each time! Atmosphere: Located in the historic part of downtown, the space feels like a cozy cottage (perfect for afternoon tea)! I came with my British friend, and she said that she felt like she was in England with the way the shop is decorated. Service: Upon arrival, you choose the table you want to sit at, and the server then comes to take your tea order! Menu items: There are a variety of loose leaf tea options, and each individual person at the table gets their own tea pot! I got the Earl Grey on my most recent visit and split a Full Afternoon Tea with my friend! The tier they provide is made up of three different courses: sandwiches + sausage wheels, scones + pastries, and a sweet of some sort! I love that all of the tea cups and tea pots are different shapes, styles, and colors! What’s even more enticing about the shop is that the owner is from England, so you actually experience an authentic afternoon tea!

I just wanted to send a note to the owner. My sister and I reserved for high tea with a high price. But apparently landed on a day when there wasn't enough ingredients and things didn't seems fresh. The little sandwiches were unidentifiable (I think it was supposed to be egg and chicken separately, but we could not tell or barely taste the filling). The amount of filling was so skimpy, they obviously tried to spread it as thin as possible. The cucumbers on the sandwiches were thinner than tiny pickles, yet there were 2 thicker cumcumber slices separately on the tray (I wondered if other guests didn't like cucumbers and so they decided to barely put any on those.) My British born friend with me was sadly disappointed that they had some (again a small amount) of cream cheese on the cucumber sandwiches, which is not English. The sandwich portion of the tray had about 4 tiny spinach leaves in the center for decoration/garnish & one 1/2 of a grape tomate by itself. Surely this isn't the usual presentation. (Again, I felt surely they were short on their ingredients.) I am NOT British or very good with food presentation, but for the money it cost per person, this was very pathetic. Nothing special at all. It is lovely to have a tea room option downtown in a historic district, but the price for what we got today was absurd. The jelly offered was about a tablespoon for 3 of us at the table. The clotted cream same. The Victoria Cake was very good and passed the standard of my English born friend...sadly, that was the only thing. The scones were dry...perhaps day old? My friend actually believed all of it was old. The chocolate mouse was fine, but again about 2 tablespoons each. The tiny piece of meringue was crewy, not soft, and there was something on it or with it that was such a tiny piece of something that I couldn't tell what it was. When the servers who were cordial, asked how it was, my British friend, calmly said, "It's not very good, the sandwiches seem stale and tasteless, the sausage slice (which is supposed to be served in a roll, English style) was overly seasoned. She responded politely and said she was sorry, but offered nothing in the way of discount for the what I hope was an usually poor day in their inventory and prep. And we were still charged $40 a piece. Perhaps it was a bad day. Perhaps they skimp on the fillings because they have high overhead. I am not sure what it wrong, but the extra care for a special and costly event was definitely missing. At the end, we also discovered that we each had bagged tea in our pots, even part of the appeal was that they serve authentic loose teas. I don't understand not having some explanation offered for that when they make a point of saying "Our selection of fine loose teas" on their menu. Very strange. And the servers did not come back to offer to take out the bags, or provide a place to put the bags to keep the tea from getting too strong or to offer more hot water. No water glass was provdied or juice of any kind. Nothing but hot tea. The serving even for high tea (the most expensive) was on a tiny saucer for each of us. It got full pretty quickly with muffin paper and there was one tiny napkin even though we are eating with our hands. I sincerely hope they will improve! It is a lovely idea, but the quality and experience today was extremely lacking. If they had offered a discount for the small servings and fillings, that would have helped; but I realized the young women working there without an owner or manager couldn't make a decision like that, even though it was necessary. I don't expect the owner to be there everyday or even on the weekend, and again, I hope they can improve and really put some more into this experience so that it can remain part...

I moved to Indiana several years ago and was in town visiting my mom and sister. We were supposed to be in England but our trip was cancelled due to COVID 19. My mom suggested that we go have some tea at the English creamery to soothe our disappointment and we looked at their website to see if we had to have reservations. The website indicated that if you want full tea you needed a reservation but if you just wanted a pastry or biscuits with cream and tea it was ok to walk in. Obviously this is a very tiny place and with the limitations on seating it slipped our mind that it might be a good idea to call ahead- that part is our fault however, upon entering the establishment and asking to sit down and see a menu the gentleman at the counter was very rude when asking us if we had a reservation. He suggested we take a table outside but he was short with us and left us all feeling like our patronage at his establishment was unwanted. I don't have patience for people that are rude, especially not when they are rude to my mom. We won't be back, which is sad because we love tea. This seems like a very cute spot and it may have very authentic English tea, but there is a lack of southern charm and manners. We understand being told that there isn't room especially when there are extenuating circumstances and we would have not been hurt if that communication would have been relayed with more grace...
