Rosie O'Grady's Inc — Restaurant in Pensacola

I’m new to Pensacola and have never been to a dueling piano show. I had a couple of things that were quite the let down! First I was by myself since I’m new to the area. Each table has paper and pencil to make song requests. I put in a request to have Low Budget by the Kinks and put up $10, the norm for a song request. First when I walked up to lay the request on a piano and returned my table was cleared off. Strange since I still had 3/4 of a mixed drink and a full glass of water. Waitress apparently didn’t pay attention to me going up to the piano. Then I waited and waited for my song to be played. After a couple hours I finally went up to the piano but was ignored, so I wrote a note asking if they would be able to play the song. They just seemed to ignore the note! After about 5more songs I left. Earlier they had a song request that they couldn’t do but asked the people to give them an alternative song. But I wasn’t asked that but just plain ignored! Very...

Wow!! What a fun atmosphere! The dueling piano show was fabulous even though I requested a song they didn't know and still didn't play the one I asked them to play in its place(with a tip but would have tipped them anyway)I think they tried to make it up with another song but whatever, they were still good. The only complaint I have is the bartender that was there Saturday night, June 24th. What an a$$ hat. I'm sorry that I didn't drink alcoholic beverages, I also didn't know the sodas were free. You saw my drink was empty MULTIPLE times and when you finally asked what I wanted, you made 2 drinks before you gave me mine. I honestly would have tipped WAY more if you would have been nice and kept my drink filled. That was the only issue I had with this place. The ladies that came around to get our drink orders were wonderfully nice and definitely made the bartender look somewhat decent. I will be back but definitely not go see him! Thanks for a fun...

Burger was burnt to a crisp. Charred black when it was supposed to be cooked medium. Tried to send it back, but server was nowhere to be found or just ignored us as she ran past our table. The people next to us had a similar experience from the looks on their faces. Asked for salads before meal, they came at the same time, even after asking the waitress a second time if she could check on our salads. Saw a manager, she fired back that The Burgers are cooked over an open flame. Charged us for everything, didn't take any of the food off the bill. You know it's going to be busy for Gallery Night, we've been coming here for the past 6 months and every time the food and service just gets worse... I guess we'll have to find another place to bring our family and friends...
