Waffle House — Restaurant in Pensacola

My experience at this waffle house was awful poor service rude waitress who kicked me and my fiance out for no reason Ciara was the rudest woman in hospitality I have ever been around. I worked two long shifts and was wanting to enjoy my favorite pass time and meal instead was humiliated and thrown out for no reason. I have been in restaurant buissiness my entire life and I was astonished how rudely your employee was. I was waiting for my lift ride and finishing our conversation and drink and was interrupted by a arrogant employee in front of entire store. This was my first experience at this location and I can honest say out of all the waffle house I have dined in and interacted with in so many different locations and states store 2006 was disappointing. I've managed and helped run several places in not once have I experienced anything like this before. The waitress kept going on about her tip, and being asked to do her job. I come to this Waffle House often, see most of the same people but today the older lady, JILL was so rude. Like it absolutely blew my mind at how someone can be so rude and nasty yet still smiling. I would absolutely recommend not going here if Jill is working. She started my day off with a bad taste in my mouth. She was mad I had to unlock my card before paying and walked away from the register as i was unlocking my card. Then, when I was ready she told me I would have to wait, and proceeded to tell me that my food wouldn’t be made until i could pay. (as if i wasnt going to pay) Which is also wild due to the fact that every other time that I go, they make my to-go order first THEN cash me out… Ultimately, the food was good but the service was absolutely atrocious asides from Sam he had a very positive attitude! Food was fine, but it's hard to mess up eggs and hash browns. Service was nearly non existent. We took our seats and got greeted, silverware, all that jazz. Drinks came pretty quick, it was just water. But then we waited what seemed like an eternity to get our order taken. Food didn't come very fast either. After we got our food we weren't contacted for at least 30 minutes, and that was only after we flagged someone down to bring our checks. It was somewhat busy, but given the amount of staff they had working that particular night, no server should have had more than two or three tables max.
