I hate to do this and I'm not the one to complain, especially on the internet but I don’t want the same customer service that happened to us to happen to others.

I want to preface this by saying that the food was phenomenal, of the best wedding food I have ever had, for the few bites I had. The food had lots of Love and we had the opportunity to enjoy it for a very short-lived moment.

The crew that worked our special day arrived and got right to setting up. After the ceremony, they served our hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and even brought some out to the wedding party during pictures, which was greatly appreciated.

Fast forward to dinner service at 6pm everyone got in line for the buffet and brought their plates. The Bride and I sat down, had a few bites, and then went to grab a drink from the bar, and on our way back to the sweetheart table we stopped to talk to a few guests. When we got back to our table our plates were gone. The bride had not eaten but maybe 3 bites.

Now of course this being our night to celebrate us, we didn't pay it much mind as we were just focused on enjoying the night. After the event, we were supposed to be sent home with a bridal basket and asked if we wanted the leftovers especially considering we had double-digit cancellations the day of. We were not left any food, whether it be the bridal basket or the leftovers, our coordinator was not asked either.

The whole food service crew was packed up and gone shortly after 7, they were in such a rush that they asked one of our guests to remove their dessert from a plate and move it to a napkin as they were packing up.

Multiple reports of plates being taken early, the cake service was supposed to be provided, but was not. Many complaints about tons of food being packed up, before they could get seconds.

Now fast forward to the week after the event. I called on Tuesday, after our Saturday event to provide feedback and was told the crew leader who served our event was out and they will get to the bottom of this when she is back.

Fast forward to 8 days later, no call so I called back and still no word from the crew or the owner. Later that day, an email was received about still no word from the crew about where our leftovers are but the promise to make things right and theybare looking into it. Now we are 3 weeks after the event. No call back, no word, no nothing.

All that was wanted was to provide feedback and speak to the owner about this. I want to know what happened to what we were promised and no one will step up and talk to me about this event, very disappointed.

My wife and I had CPI cater our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Mike and Dalise were wonderful to work with throughout the planning and preparation of the event. Unfortunately we had to put our planning on hold for a few months, but they were incredibly patient with us and checked in periodically to make sure we were still doing well. They're very accommodating for whatever your needs and wants are and gave great suggestions that stayed in line with what we were wanting. Even better was that everything was reasonably priced, especially considering they did all of the set up and tear down for the event. The staff working the night of were incredible as well. They were very professional, knew when to step in and when to stay out of the way, and really helped make our night special. The woman with the red hair who was the head of the wait staff, unfortunately I can't remember her name, was nothing short of outstanding. She made sure my wife and I had everything that we needed. We also decided to have them bartend for us, which worked out perfectly. We provided the alcohol for two different cocktails, and they brought all of the mixers and someone to make and serve the drinks. Last but not least was the food itself. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. We kept getting compliments about the food in the days following the reception. Amazing staff, excellent food, and superb customer service! My daughter chose Culinary Productions to cater her wedding last weekend. Upon our arrival at the venue we were greeted by Mike, owner of Culinary Productions, who introduced himself to my daughter and I and also handed me his cell number to use if we had any questions at all. I have to comment on the fact that Mike saw us struggling with some linens of ours that we had brought and he immediately offered to make a special trip to retrieve a steamer in order to lend it to us. We were impressed with the customer service immediately and also we were grateful for his help. It was clear that Culinary Productions goes above and beyond. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Each and every staff member was polite, courteous, and helpful. When it came time for the event to come to an end I looked to the staff for advice on where they would suggest I begin - to my surprise they told me they would take care of everything including packing up all of the decorations we had brought ourselves as well as taking down the tables and chairs we had rented from the venue. Simply amazing. I highly recommend Culinary Productions and I am confident that you will be well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this company. In this day and age to find this kind of customer service is rare and I am so glad to have had them taking care of my daughters wedding - truly a memorable day all around.
