This location is closest to our home. So we still patronize it rather than drive a distance to a better location. You place an order on the app (to expedite things ) and hope for the best. When asked to pull forward - if I place a customized order - I will. But with THIS location, they'll park you and forget you. So, today, I placed a very standard, small order on the app. I arrived to see a rather long line. Miraculously, that line had vanished by the time I got to the window!! Then I discovered why... Every car was pulled forward, waiting (like good little sheep) in the 'holding pen'. They had even filled up adjacent spaces with gullible marks. Because their drive-up is on a timer... which times only until a car pulls off - NOT when orders are actually filled! So, yeah, I wasn't joining that chain-of-fools. I politely declined to leave the timed window. I rolled up my window as FOUR employees shouted at me to pull forward!!! Imagine if 3 of those people had actually been working to fulfill ALL those waiting orders!!! I knew I was taking a chance INFURIATING all these employees. And I should have chacked my order BEFORE pulling off. SIMPLE breakfast, missing the hashbrown. AND... someone had taken the time to soak a wad of napkins (with water) and putting them in the bag with the condiments. Wow. They cannot be THAT desperate...
Read moreWill mess up your order constantly, forgetting your food. When you call them they will say "oh we will put your credit and name in a book." Then when you go in they will accuse you of lying, that there "is no book", then that the book expires in 30 days, then that your name isn't even in the book that they also claimed doesn't exist that they take down and look at right in front of you.... All because THEY MESSED UP AND CHARGED YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDNT GET, AND THEN BELITTLE YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO CLAIM IT. Calling corporate doesn't work either ... They just pretend to listen and never do anything about it. I'm talking over $100 worth of mistakes that were made over a year period that were never fixed, ever. And they will constantly have No drinks or no Frappes when you already paid for them and then they don't pay you back for those either bc their "machines are down". The manager I dealt with was absolutely rude, lied straight to my face like 3 times, "we don't have a book"... "Those expire after 30 days" then "your name isn't in the book" all in the same 1 min conversation.... I thought you didn't have a book? Accusing me of lying when you literally tried to gaslight me... Why would I waste my time and gas to come claim stuff you messed up out of some random book I wouldn't even know about.... UNLESS YOU MESSED UP MY FOOD AND WROTE...
Read moreAbsolute garbage service. I tried ordering food through the drive through and the employee made me come inside to order my food because I had more than two orders. I understood that but this is my first time ever hearing about this odd rule. I asked the employee if we could simply take care of this today so I can get back to work and not make the same mistake again. The employee refused to cooperate and made me come inside to make my other order. Then after coming inside I had to explain three times to another employee what they were having me do before being told I should speak to the manager. Then after explaining to the manager three times also what they were making me do she proceeded to try and help out. She paid me out for the two orders I already made in the drive through and disappeared for a few minutes. After returning the manager hands me the orders I made in drive through and tells me to have a nice day. So I proceed to explain for the seventh time that I am trying to make my third order that they would not let me compete in the drive though.
