Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Peoria

It never fails to see the Jimmy Johns delivery driver at our apartment complex 8092 Paradise Lane in Peoria, Az. Usually it brings a reminder that’s it’s lunch time . Well today it was disappointing to know that the delivery driver almost ran over my 10 year old son while he was throwing the trash out. As soon as I found out I started calling around to see who had a delivery driver with the same descriptions several of them said no we don’t have anyone with a vehicle like that but we’ll talk to our drivers. I took matter into my own hands and drove around to the Jimmy Johns near me. I drove to the one on Bell rd then made way to 13875 N. 83rd Ave Unit 100, Peoria, Az 85381. Where I spotted the vehicle that my son described to me. I asked for the Manager at the time who said his name is Daniel. Who my husband had previously called to verify and I had done myself to ask about a delivery driver and he had said we don’t have anyone with that description. Sad to say that now at days people don’t have people stand up to their faults. What would have happened if she did hit my son? A manager who lies for an employee is not an honest employee! Shame on Jimmy Johns and the poor management they have lying for someone is not ever okay! I hope that the owner of this franchise gets in contact with his employees and sets the rules and regulations straight. Speeding to deliver a hot meal should not almost result with a child or any one in this world almost...

Sierra which apparently is the store manager. Canceled the order and refused to give me any proof or MY MONEY BACK that it was canceled even though through your website it says that it was still supposed to go through! Website currently even still says that the order is active and that it is being prepared!

Sierra refuse to do anything to help us out saying and I quote you can have a refund or something in five or more business days!

Sierra became very upset when I ask for the general managers name. $41.76 isn’t some sort of laughing matter!

After speaking with Sierra she finally said that her general managers name was Stephanie. However still refused to give a refund! How is that possible when they are refusing to deliver my food or give me my food!

Was literally told before the store even closed that they were already cleaning up and done for the evening at @ 8:51pm! Your store does not close until 9 PM!

I’m furious! So taking the same review and posting it on yelp...

Well I very rarely dump on a food service location as it is so hard to make any profit...for a lot of hard work We just discovered that our new house is infested with scorpions. So we are staying in our car while they deal with the interior. We left without anything but some cash. We arrived at this Jimmy John's location, ordered 60 dollars of food. My wife handed the man that said he was the manager a 100 dollar bill. He says " I can't except that ....it might be counterfeit... My wife came out more or less on fire. We were able to have our neighbor bring by his credit card.10 minutes later we returned and found out he tossed the food......whoa! That didn't go well either. We went down the street to your competitor and handed them 100 buck bill....he handed us the chow.

The owner of this store hired a guy that made me feel fine about my scorpion problem. So steer away from this place....sorry owner....your guy needs to go back to Jimmy John's...
