McDonald's — Restaurant in Peoria

I was baffled by our experience at this McDonalds! We went through the drive through and the person taking my order seemed confused although it wasn’t a complicated order. The line took forever then when we finally got to the first window I paid like usual, with my debit card. When I got to the second window, the person working handed me the drink, then came to the window again asking what I had ordered (happy meal for my son). She came back multiple times to clarify what I had ordered. Then, someone else came to the window (I’m assuming a manager) and asked me if I had my receipt. I said no, the person who took my payment didn’t give me a receipt. Then she proceeds to say well we don’t have an order for what you ordered. Obviously you did because I was given the correct drink. She was acting like I had never made the order and never paid. It was bazaar. So I had to pull up my banking app and show her that I had just paid for a happy meal. She said “that doesn’t tell me anything”. I said well it shows I literally just paid for my food. So then she has me pull up in the line and wait more, then when she brings it out she gives ME a lecture about how I need to make sure I have a receipt for my...

one of the worst!, dine in or pickup, (what's the difference these days) is the lowest priority!, you can wait 20-30 minutes to get your food!, same time and price as a sit down restaurant!, your number from the kiosk is a 600 number, it will be a very low priority, they do everything to keep the drive up running and you will wait forever INSIDE!...after trying this spot for two months I'm done with it!, I'll never set foot inside this place again!....and 70% of the time they will get your coffee WRONG, inside or drive up. ....but you can go thru the drive up and get served 3 times over in the amount of time time you will wait inside!, the 6 employees move at a snails pace.....if corporate would just stop making them multitask maybe something would get done correctly, have the cashier only take payment and make change, NOT take orders at the same time!, have an order taker do NOTHING else!....this might keep all the mistakes from happening!....be aware, DON"T get your food inside at this location!...you will be...

First of all,way to young of people dealing with customers. Make way to many misstake.Horeplay ,as well as just not taken there jobs as a perfectanal as need be.I don't go to any Mac any more.You have to wounder how the employee work if they play in your food.Who the blain for that.Macdonnals.Poor decision. FORGOT WERE MAC CAME FROM .Not like it was back in the day.Now it about money an mess up teens.As well every one I went to.Table not clean floors not swepted.Just a freaking mess.So what dose that tell you about the food that you put in your mouth.Ill tell you,what you see dirty is what you eat.Now instead of going to Mac.I just make my own.Then I no what in it.An I don't play or house play with customers food.O the order always wrong so have check the bag before you leave.And if it wrong they want to argue about it.Me they try to pull that bull.After it said an done,I'm pisses An will make a seen.I can go on about Mac.By the time I'm done it would be 200 page book.,of down right dumb ...
