Subway — Restaurant in Peoria

I wish I would have thought to take pictures of our sandwiches. We're from Tucson, and we love Subway! The subway in Peoria is way different! If this was my first experience at subway, it would also be my last. We asked for our veggies on the side so it won't make the bread soggy since we were traveling back to Tucson. I asked for 12 tomatoes for a footlong, which is a double tomato order. I was informed by the manager of over 18 years that she only gives six tomatoes. I told her I never have problems getting double tomatoes in Tucson we debated and finally I got my tomatoes. She spent so much of the time tearing down the poor guy that was working there with her. My husband asked if he was new. I said he seemed really conscientious. She said he's been here an hour, he probably won't last none of them do. She was so busy tearing him down that she didn't notice that she forgot to cut the sandwiches in half, that she didn't give us napkins, that she didn't put our food into one of the regular Subway bags, just a grocery bag. I can't believe that a company would keep her there 18 years, and get rid of good conscientious workers that in an hour we're doing a better job than she was. Especially since she was so busy tearing him down to him and to us that she couldn't do her job. I will never go to this...

Walked in There was 2 workers Male and Female !! They greeted me with welcome to Subway !!

When my time came to Order I told the young lady I will make it easy for you the 3 sandwiches will be the same !!

The guy replied to her (( Easy )) Obviously mocking me ِ I Smiled and said I have Family to Feed brother !! And when the sandwiches came out of the Toaster he took over and every time I said an Item He smirked and laughed he did that like 6 to 7 times !! When cashing out he laught again and I couldn't take it anymore !! I said why are you laughing Man ??

He froze for a second and looked stupid he was shocked that I asked this question !!

And came up with the most stupid answer I have every heard he said : (( I was playing a Game )) This Guy is saying his playing Game with Customer !! I said Game ?? And I...

I've been to subway before and I understand you may not like your job but you had better have a nice attitude when talking to customers. Went in to get 3 subs. The first was greeting was ....What do you want! .... wait excuse me.... I waited to see if she's change her attitude ... nope snotty attitude. She saw i had an order on my phone and was trying to read it and had asked multiple questions and was quite demanding on what I wanted. I felt unwanted and unwelcomed. As soon as the next person came into the store. He was greeted with pretty much the same greetin anddddd she started helping that customer. Saying she'd get to me in a sec ... another person emerged from the back after a few minutes .okay now I just want to get out never come back. Thanks for the terrible attitude Tiffany.
