GREAT FOOD , HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.
It's January 4th, 4 days has transpired and multiple people on different levels at Subway have failed to do basic, common sense customer resolution solutions. I'm going to break down the last 4 days.
Dec 31 -8:30pm I see a two for one promotion on Facebook from Subway so I go to the app and put in an order. The location at 83rd shows is closed but the location at 75th and cactus shows it's open. I pause to make a phone call find out what I would like on the second sub. At 9:00 p.m. I receive a notification from Subway that I need to complete my order by 9:30, at that point I complete my order and use my American Express on file to pay for it. At 9:15 I show up and the store is closed.
Jan 01 - noon I called the store because I had every intention of going down there and picking up my two sandwiches because they were closed the previous night. I explained the situation and the girl that answers says that because of New Year's I guess they closed at 8:00 pm. She apologized but said she had no idea what could possibly be done about it. She gave me a phone number to call which is the corporate office. I called the corporate office no one's there I leave a message explaining the situation and left my phone number.
Jan 02 - After not hearing from the office, I left a message on the subway Facebook page with a short explanation of what happened. Social media person responded sorry with what happened if you would be so kind as to use the following link and make a comment on our The web page it will get to the right person. I think it's important to note that not one person ask for a copy of the receipt, my phone number, or any information regarding the actual sale. They are clearly not interested in solving it they only want to shuffle it off to someone else.
Jan 03 I leave a message on the website, I received the following message. SORRY.. ANY CHARGES THAT YOU RECEIVED SHOULD BE JUST PENDING CHARGES. IF THESE CHARGES REMAINS ON YOUR ACCOUNT........................PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISCUSS THE TRANSACTION!!!
Jan 04 I just checked my American Express online The charges aren't pending their actual charges. What is so surprising is the lack of accountability. Not a single person asked for the transaction number for a copy of the bill, nothing. Not a single person offered me a refund or said hey since you paid for them how about we make these sandwiches for you. They all had some other person that they shuffled me off to and finally to the end hey take it up with your credit card company as if it's their fault. I ordered from Subway at least once a week, great food, but horrible absolutely horrible people with no inclination to try to solve a problem that originated with them. It was their app that said the store was open, and it was their app that told me hey complete your order. This is not just a problem with the store this is also a problem with their office which was contacted, their social media group and main customer service. Not one single person asked for any information to actually solve the issue. Everything that they wrote was just copy and paste. I will never buy from Subway again because ultimately you have to judge people and companies on how they act when something is...

Chris was wonderfully patient taking my order. I had to find it in the messages in my phone as I was getting stuff for myself and my partner. It was difficult to look through for it but they were very patient and we worked together to get it done.
My partner wanted a flat bread marinara meatball and pepper jack while I went with a suprise. Chris was happy making be making a surprise. A wonderful concoction of pepperoni with meatball sauce and pepper Jack cheese. I think he called it a pizza sub. š it definitely had the taste of one.
It was amazing to watch them work. Artists dancing around each other, laughing and cracking jokes. It was quite fun.
Afterwards Nicole went through and chose very specific vegetables to be put in my sandwich surprise. I trusted her judgment so I said yes to every recommendation she had. I have never had ranch on a sandwich before š
I'm so glad I did, it was fantastic. It tasted delicious a mixture of bitter and tang it remind me of salt and vinegar crisps.
The marinara had very specific and instructions so we've followed those through. Got the veggies needed all puffed up and good and cut into thirds. It didn't explode like I thought it would! Really happy about that.
All in all, it was a great time and I can't wait to go again. With such friendly and interactive staff, you can bet I'd be back sometime in the future.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen to pickup a couple of BMT's. The music was so loud of rap music that I couldn't hear the young girl servicing me. Her voice was so soft and the music overpowered her. I processed to place my order and told her I can't hear ure questions to me in a loud voice to her. The veggies were frozen. I asked are the veggies frozen they appear to be. She looked at me like I asked if she was dead. I had to repeat everything to her. Her response about the veggies was no. I asked for fresh ones cuz they were frozen. She got the bread I wanted wrong. She switched for the correct ones I asked for. When i got home with the sub bread was so dry and the sandwich was the worst we have ever received. She barely put any mayo or the special dressing the sandwich calls for. The employee gave poor customer service not one smile or thank you have. A nice day when I left. Plus for two foot longs ran over 30. Dollars. Never again will I order from this subway on 75th Ave and Cactus...
