I ordered online for a delivery to an adress they have been to 7 times previously, 1 hour later working from my home office i see someone pull up to the driveway with a sign on the car and not get out of the car and then drive off. i then call the resturaunt and said it has been an hour and nobody has came and he says what did you want to order? after explaining i already ordered and nobody showed up, i give specific instructions to the guy on which door to go in and explain exactly what door he rushes me off the phone and says okay. Another hour and 15 minutes later I call back and once again and ask if they are coming and if not just refund my card. They then say we are not going to give you a refund but we can still bring your food if you want it so i once again explain what apt and very easy specific instructions. another 30 minutes goes by and i hear someone knocking on the worng apartment on the complete opposite side of the house than i explained to them 3 times now. so then i go outside to have two snotty girls telling me that i didnt specify anything and were very rude. COME ON I ORDER HERE ONCE A WEEK and never have problems, SECOND I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE THREE TIMES AND GAVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS RUSHED OFF THE PHONE each time. THIRD Do not treat me like dirt when you finally bring my food 2 hours and 40 minutes after I order and tell me how wrong I am. This is by far a horrible experience. SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN WHEN SOMEONE CALLS INSTEAD OF BEING EXTREMELY RUDE AND RUSHING ME OFF THE PHONE. When someone cant find an adress email me since you emailed an order status, or call, or just listen when i call and try to explain. I dont want to rant about this but this behavior especially after they found the house was uncalled for. a "we apologize for the 3 hour delivery time we will try to remember or make a note" DONT BE SNOTTY AND TELL ME HOW WRONG I AM AND GIVE ME A 3 hour old...
   Read moreI put in an online order, and the grinders were decent. The service here is TERRIBLE though! I was asked 4 times if I had been helped, and each time I said No with the person promptly walking away. The last time asked, there was a manager looking women standing next to the cash register (who never asked me if I was helped) who smiled when I said no and the guy turned around and walked away. I thought I was on a punked type show. An older couple walked up behind me and asked if I was helped, which made me laugh. I said no but they could order since I had put in an online order and they might be waiting a while. After 2 people asked them if they were helped, the manager last decided to take their order since she was just writing on a clip board. After that, they put my online order on the counter, I then asked who's that was and he said dunno. I said can you find out? He then looked and found it was mine. Everyone here just seems to be pissed to work there. Especially if you watch them making the food. They are not happy people and just toss everything together and around seemingly out of frustration or anger. Not a place I would return to...
   Read morecalled at 630 on sunday evening 12/16/12 to order three grinders. Tangy the (manager) took our order but was not happy said they close in a half order but then still took my order. I ordered the first grinder with everything on it, the second with bacon and mushroom and extra cheese, and the third just a reg. pizza sub. she then repeated the order back to me in a hurry and I said yes but no the first was right but the second two one has bacon and mushroom and extra cheese and the third is regular, she said ok. upon getting our food we received one with bacon and mushroom and extra cheese and the other two were just plain. When I called back to tell them the mistake she got overly excited about it stating she cant help it and that it was my fault because she repeated the order back to me and I said yes and you got it wrong and I corrected you. She then said NO. plain as day NO. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I SPEND my money at this joint. horrible service horrible manager!
