Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Perkins Township

Jersey Mike's is the best out there. Absolutely love it. Having said that, we just left the new store in Sandusky. Having been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, growing pains are expected and understandable, but I am not happy at all. I ordered online to save time and waited for over 45 minutes after I arrived. This is already 20 minutes after I ordered it. As I'm sitting there waiting, the one person responsible for online orders was buried with an endless wheel. No one was helping even though he was clearly drowning. I would have let all that go, but I arrived home and my sandwich was absolutely not what I ordered. I paid extra for more meat. There was hardly any on it. No bacon or cheese even though that comes on a club Supreme. Veggies all over it even though, I said no veggies. I'm very sorry I had to leave this review, but this was a very disheartening experience because I love your establishment and am considering opening my own. We will definitely comeback. My father and I decided to try Jersey mikes for the first time after watching several commercials about them the service was great, but the food is not good. My father ordered a roast beef mike's way he says it tasted bland no flavor other than lettuce pretty bad when you can taste a vegetable over meat and quotes " worst sub I ever ate" while I had the Chicken bacon ranch sub, I didn't taste anything either just bland and no flavor at all. I vomited and got a real lunch. Here's your additional information: I'm a huge proponent of "the chef knows best' and ordered the Original Italian with no substitutions. They recommended "Jersey Mike's Way" so I agreed. I took the order to go and drove the last 20 minutes home after a long trip. I unwrapped the soggiest, sourest, messiest most disgusting pile of cheap ingredients I ever paid $12 for. The smell of vinegar was so strong, I pulled over and dry heaved.
