Subway — Restaurant in Perkins Township

The place was incredibly unhygenic, usually when I'd go to a subway I have no doubts on cleanliness, but the place made me extremely anxious to eat here. The window in between the customer and the employee, that held the meats and vegetable,was diry it looked as if it had gotten dirty once and then was never cleaned again. The meat and vegetables, while not spoiled they looked like they were on their way. The server also looked unclean. Seems like a small thing, but the lighting is next to none at night, I believe this subway depended somewhat on the lighting of walmart. Very much would not recommend eating here, after buying the food I food myself very afraid to eat it after asking my mom what she thought of the place, thinking it was just me. My sandwhich had this taste of musk that I thought was imaginary, not wanting to waste food I attempted to finish the first half of my sandwhich, but then the second half... could not be done. The taste of musk remained, yes it was the onions, I believe that's a sign that they were going bad. Ive never had this problem with any other subway...

Whitw male with blue eyes & piercings. I came in on April 1st 2025 at about 3:30 p.m. I got there about 7 minutes early so I waited for the order. When the ready time came I asked for the order and he let me know that he was just getting started on it and that he hadn't worked on the order at all. The order still wasn't done till about 5 minutes after. He pressed ready for the order while I was still watching him prepare the order. I went ahead and let the customer know that he pressed ready for the order but the order actually wasn't ready so essentially he was lying. When he asked me how my day was going I said will not very well because I am almost 7 months pregnant and I'm waiting for an order that you said was ready and I had been very patient and just from asking a question he said and I quote "boo hoo. Cry Me a River." And then he called me a loser. Super terrible customer service. If you didn't like what my answer was going to be then don't ask somebody how their day is when you're the one making...

10/12/24 The restaurant was dirty. No napkins. Pop machine was broken. They burnt one of the sandwiches and I had to tell them if it was so burnt you couldn't open it I wanted a fresh one. They only put 3 slices of meat on my footlong! They couldn't get my coupon to work and then told me to come back the next day and the manager would refund my money. I went back 10/13/24 and manager was not there. I called the following day after that 10/14/24 and manager said he wouldn't do anything to make this right! I paid $40 for three footlongs and a bag of chips and the order should have been $19.98! DON'T EAT HERE! IT"S A...
