In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Perris

It's literally the worst location I have been to in 40 years. every single interaction with an employee was incorrectly completed. The order girl messed up my order. the cashier did not give me a reciept. the food was not like i asked for. they had people standing around laughing and having a good time. there were a bunch of knuckleheads hanging out distracting workers. it was fairly late, but the line seemed to move 1 car every 6minutes. so the time from when i placed my order until i drove away, was 36 minutes. the burger had a soggy bottom bun. the meat o b the double double seemed scarce. the fries were not animal, and i always eat them forst but for the first time since 1998 when i started getting animal fries, they were cold and started to harden. the coke tasted as if it was melted down and then a few chucnks of ice were added. so the first 2 drinks were basiclly water. and finally they put more onions on it than meat. i could not even finish the whole plate for how bad it was. i threw it out at the gas station. worst in and out experiance of my lifetime. and ive reviewed nearly 25 in and outs maybe more. i have a lot of reveiews check it out..

10/10/2025 9:32PM CHECK #182 TRANS #4345 I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by the attitude we received at the drive-thru today. Our attendant, Natalie, gave us our order, and when my pregnant wife politely asked if they could toss a small empty cup for us — just so she could make room to fit our extra drink in the cup holder — Natalie gave us an attitude and said “no” with a rude expression on her face.

We asked again after getting our food, thinking maybe she didn’t hear us right, and she responded with even more attitude. As we drove off, I saw her make a face about it, which was completely uncalled for. My wife was so embarrassed and upset she almost cried.

I’ve always loved In-N-Out for the kindness and positivity of its employees, but this experience was the complete opposite. For a company that stands on strong values and a reputation for great customer service, it’s unacceptable for someone representing you to treat guests like that — especially over something as small and harmless as helping...

You know Perris made it now that we have an IN N Out!!

We've been waiting a long time for this and the wait was worth it... so the food is exactly what you'd expect at any IN N OUT; they didn't skimp out on quality just because it is Perris.. as far as the speed, well they are still working on it.. we did wait a bit long for our order and then they realized they had never made it; but they apologized for the small mistake and got our food out right away after that.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. I recommend trying it out for yourself just so happy to finally have our very own IN N OUT in town!
