Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Perris

Far below the standards I’ve come to expect of jersey Mikes. This location was dirty and smelly. Despite those factors I decided to experience a jersey mikes close to my new job in hopes of being able to come here often. Unfortunately I won’t, and honestly this location should be shut down unless someone fixes this and trains the employees correctly. To be more specific. The floor was dirty, like they hadn’t cleaned since lunch, (it’s 6pm as of writing this) the flat top also looked the same, it was not scrapped before I walked in, and they didn’t scrape it when I asked they grill my sub. The bacon looked wet and old, and the slicer was filthy, like they had just finished lunch rush. This is unacceptable since my location never looked like this when we had lines out the door in our first week, or after when the lunch rush came in. This location is a stain on the jersey Mikes name....

It’s disappointing that this Jersey Mikes location stops making sandwiches at 8:40pm, when they are suppose to close at 9. Compared to other locations, this has never happened to me. I’ve been to this location twice at 8:40 to 8:46 and get told they are out of bread by the same girl. It seems like these girl employees just want to leave exactly at 9 so they close the store early and clean up EARLY!! As I walked towards the door I can see the two girl employees look at me and one shrugged her shoulders and looked at the other employee in annoyance. As soon as I walked in the same employee says they are out of bread. It seems like a excuse to go home early. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they do run out of bread at the exact same time it seems, the customer service lacked at this location...

Whoever made my sandwich made a pregnant lady cry. The note they left on it was SO nice 🥹. I’ve been unable to really eat and drink the past few weeks, however with some new medications I woke up feeling ready to eat. The only thing that really stuck in my mind was a delicious sub. Knowing I should avoid deli meat, a quick google search showed I can eat deli sandwiches if the meat would be heated up first. I made an order on the app for my Husband to pick it up, asking if they could accommodate heating up the deli meat on my sandwich. They did, and left a really nice note that made me tear up.
