I often go here to this location. Over the years customer service has been up and down and down right terrible( I've witnessed employees laying on tables talking about work issue very loudly while cussing at the other employees). Like today. I went through drive thru on my 30 min lunch break. Was parked at 11:15 and ask to wait 5 min. No big deal until 5 turned into 15 and all I ordered was boneless wings and tots. When I went in for a refund because I had to get back to work and no more time to wait. When I ask for my refund they ask was I waiting on shrimp and I told them no wings. The lady ask the cook how long on my boneless. He did not reply and she did not ask again. Went and got the manager to give me my refund. Whole time no one is speaking to me. I watch the grill cook put my wings under heat warmer. Not once was I offered my meal after it was finally ready. Brittany the manager did not ask me my issue nor did she offer to put my meal together as it was finally done and ready for me. She spoke not a single word to me processed my refund and handed my my money back and again not speaking a single solitary word to me. When I ask did they forget about me the window girl who took my order said no ma'am we were waiting on wings that are now up. Not a single word from the Manager and no offer for my meal but quick on that refund. So I just took my refund because that was clearly what was the best choice for this manager as this resturant must have a constant customers. Not at all. I will just not go back to this location. Read moreI usually go to the Lake Elsinore location and never had an issue. Today I came to this location. I have 3 kids to order for and after each meal the girl taking my order kept laughing saying anything else obviously irritated. I have 2 of my kids with me by the way who heard her demeanor. She was impatient. But that wasn’t the worst part. I get to the window and paid for the food, looked at my receipt and they charged me for 5 meals and not 4. But had the audacity to go back and forth with me and said it was for 4 meals. The receipt clearly had 5 meals listed and charged for. So the manager who was not any better almost tried to say the same thing. Then realized I was correct, I was overcharged. Manager was rude so I knew the employee would get away with being just as unhelpful and unfriendly. Then she kept laughing. After I was issued the refund, I asked for the sauces which I mean ordering at least 3 meals with strips I would be entitled too and that felt like pulling teeth. Horrible experience. When I was in high school I worked at a fast food and I always treated my customers with respect and since I’ve done it before and know what goes on I try to be understanding but they need some training that it’s not okay to be snappy and think it’s funny. As I was passing the drive-thru window, the cashier gave me a flier for my next visit. I decided to order the 6 PC wings for $5.99. He told me I had to go back through the drive-thru to order. When I placed the order, I was told they didn't sell that. I told the lady it was on the flier I was just given. I had to return to the window for her to see the flier. I asked if I drove to the window for her to see it, could I give her my order without returning to the drive-thru. She said no.
