Wingstop — Restaurant in Perry

I gotta start by saying our cashier(Sumayah) was amazing, however the rest of our experience was full of distaste. We ordered our food, and was told it would be a twenty minute wait, over twenty minutes passes, and another guy brings his bag back in saying the order is wrong. This order of course happened to be ours. One of the cooks looked at us while putting the old food in a bag and then tried handing it to us. I asked if it was the food that came back in, she said yes and still tried to give it to us with an attitude. We said we didnt want it and were willing to wait or if it was too much trouble to remake we would be completely fine with a simple refund and then call it a day. It took our cashier to explain to them why giving out that food wasnt good for them to finally remake it. The cooks gave us dirty looks and were talking mess the whole time. The food was very rushed as we could tell when we got home as one of the wings appeared to be undercooked. I will be sure to never go back to this location again! The staff were very unprofessional. The young lady who took my order was the only professional one in the whole store. I waited about 20 minutes for my order, which was fine with me. During my wait time there were 2 associates at the table next to me using profanity, yelling, and overall not conducting themselves correctly in a work environment.I asked for a cup holder for my 3 beverages, the young lady who took my order attempted to to find one, but they were out, so the other associates responds “we don’t have any more and I’m not going to no other store to get one, that’s too far, out truck comes tomorrow” totally an unessary repose.I didn’t have an issue with my food, however, customer service and proffesionalism plays a huge role in any work environment. The food looks good and it is good but every time we eat wingstop someone in my household gets sick. First time in March we ate there my 5 year old and my husband got sick…So we were like maybe something is going around… We ate there last night. I don’t know if it was because someone is sick with a stomach bug that’s touching the food or they are not storing food correctly which is causing food poisoning or what but my stomach started hurting soon as I started eating…I was so sick this morning. Also my 7 year old and my 12 year old was sick this time also…So we will no longer be eating...
