Before I moved out of town, I used to come here at least once a week. Brixx was basically my 'Cheers' where everyone knows your name and you are part of the family. The food always wonderful and made with lots of local ingredients. I usually switch up my pizzas and salads by adding on different ingredients or cheeses. Went in to support a friend who just started working behind the bar and definitely found a new favorite spot. We had the cheesy pesto garlic bread, the baked formaggio, and the doloroso. We thought everything was amazing. We also had some incredible cocktails. My partner had the strawberry mule, and I had the Ciao Bella. A vodka-limoncello sour sweetened with oregano syrup.
