It's a Taco Bell, so you know what to expect. This is a fast food chain whose claim to fame is that they are the cheapest place to get something edible into you.
I was on my way past this location when I needed to grab something quick, so decided to see what they're like. Not a good decision.
This location is severely understaffed. It took almost 20 minutes from when I gave my order until it was ready, and it was not because of long lines. The shifty leader was the person who took my order. After I got my food, I mentioned to her that the condiment stand needed attention so she came over to take care of it. While doing so she confirmed that not only are they understaffed, but the people who are working are super lazy and not doing their jobs. Well!
I got the Deluxe Cravings box which cost about $8. It included a bean and cheese burrito. It was supposed to be a beef burrito, but there was no beef to be found in there. There was a hard shell taco of some sort. Read moreThe service was extremely slow. When we went to order our food the staff was in the back talking and they could clearly see us. They took their time to wait on us, and once they finally felt like waiting on us the assistant had a huge attitude. It was like she just woke up and didn't feel like dealing with anyone.. We waited almost 20 to 25 minutes for our order when there was no other customers in the building or drive thru. Once we finally recived our order they forgot our drinks. When we went up to ask for our drinks the worker said "can I help you" with ignorance. It seemed to be a problem for her to get something that she forgot. We were also shorted 1 taco in my 12 pack. Needless to say after spending almost $30 here we will not be returning due to lack of work ethic and poor...

We then adventured over to the other main door and to no surprise LOCKED!! There was a various amount of postage signage stating open dining till twelve. Eventually after knocking on the door there was no answer and no sight of anyone in the store so we decided to call. The Taco Bell employee answered and continued to tell us that they were only open for drive in despite all of the signs. After that it was pretty much simple from there and the lady working the drive trough with red hair was very kind and even gave us...
