This has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I'm a nice person, and I don't lose my cool very often. I placed an online order to be delivered as soon as possible. An hour went by, so I called in to check on it. The guy who answered explained to me that they were understaffed and running behind and that my order would probably be another 30-45 min. I said ok and I understood the dinner rush hour. But then another hour went by and I called and the person that answered immediately placed me on hold for 5 min. I hung up and called again, at which point someone answered and wanted to place me on hold again, at which point I said no and asked again about my order. They said they would get it to me as soon as possible, at which point I asked for a refund on my credit card. She refused to give me a refund on my card and said that she could put it on my store account, as if I would ever be so inclined to order from here again. So I got in my car and travelled .25 miles up the road, and walked in the store to speak to a manager. There were customers in front of me so I waited for them to place their order. One of the worker's boyfriends rudely walked towards the nice family in front of me and told them that if they didn't like the restaurant that they could leave. I am absolutely appalled at the behavior that they allow in their restaurant. The family in front of me also walked out the door due to the rudeness. When I finally got to speak to a manager, she gave me cash refund and took no responsibility for anything going on here. I cannot believe how much time and energy I have wasted due to this experience. If Mancino's doesn't have the workers and respect to cater to customers, they should not be in business. Like I said, I'm a good and nice person. This is my second google review in my entire life and it's astounding to see the service that happens in my...
Read moreThey overcharged on ordered items. Ordered our meal and while eating, I reviewed my receipt and noticed the prices where not correct. The large menu on the wall and the menu on the counter showed a price $1 less than the price I was charged for a grinder. The manager on duty was less than friendly when I discussed this with her and told me I would have to call the owner on Monday to complain, in the end she refunded me the amount overcharged. How many people though, do not look at the receipt to notice they have been overcharged. This was not a case of the person at the counter writing down a wrong price, the price is auto generated to the receipt. A poor and deceptive way of doing business. The price on the menu should be the maximum price charged for each item. It was just $1 for me, but that dollar times how many items sold to others can be a large amount over time,...
Read moreStopped in on 11-06-24 hoping to get a really good GRINER from Mancino's, only to get a sub bun sandwhich with not much meat or toppings on it. What happend to your GRINDERS. They use to be made on 3.5 inch wide bread --similar to your crust with the cheese melted on both sides and the meat toppings included on the bottom side. Then you would add the cold toppings-lettuce, tomato, mayo and whatever else would be on the GRINDER. This replacement is very, very very BAD and you should be ashamed to even attempt to replace the GRINDER with this terrible thing. I will not ever come back for this complete was of money. You really must go back to the original, even if you have to raise your prices for it. What I got was worst then a JIMMY JOHNS SUB out through a pizza oven....
