This location presented themselves to be very busy. Too busy, my wife had to ask management to point out our waiter. We had already been seated for about 30 minutes. We ordered all our food at once. In the amount of time it took us to get our food, an estimated number of about 4 different people, came in, order their food to go and received it before we received ours. At one point I got up myself to refill our drinks, simply because I didn't want to hunt down our server again. They charged extra for the ranch my wife order (that usually is complimentary with the wings she recieved). Then when we received our breadsticks, I asked the waiter what about the marinara sauce that also is complementary to an order of breadsticks. The waiter processed to argue with me, starting that I was incorrect, that marinara sauce does not come with the breadsticks. My wife ended the argument by simply instructing the waiter to add it to the tab. Then the waiter processed to ask another staff member if the marinara was in fact included. This was all within hear shot of our table. The other staff member stated that I was correct. When the waiter returned, he gave us some false lie that he wasn't going to charge us, due to our long wait to be attended. Imagine that, we didn't get charge for marinara sauce that was free to begin with. Then the entire restaurant, which honestly consisted of only me and my wife dinning in had to hear the drama over the prank pizza orders. Though entertaining, very unprofessional. We will not be returning, nor will we be ordering from this location for any reason...
Read moreAs someone who worked at a pizza establishment for a few years, I can tell you the issues now aren't labor shortages. It's wage shortages. You can charge customers 40$ for a large pizza and bread sticks, but you can't pay your employees a liveable wage, and then you blame it all on current issues in the economy when people choose to not work for 7.25$ an hour and tips that may or may not come during a shift. It's pretty simple. Pay your employees what's fair, people won't quit, sales will go up. The fact that orders are taking hours to make means the owners have failed to properly run this franchise. As of now every time I order here the order is messed up and takes too long. How many customers has this placed lost because of this? Pizza Hut has free dived off a cliff in quality for years now, It's amazing a place like this can even keep the lights on. I would also love to see a breakdown on how much profit is made from the customers asking for extra toppings, and it's not applied to the food. I'd be willing to wager a years salary that this store makes a good amount of money by stealing extra topping money from...
Read moreHave been a customer as well as a former GM for Pizza Hut and today by far was the worst experience I have had. Driver called and showed him how to get to my apartment received the order and noticed that only half of the order was present. Driver went back and had to retrieve the other half. Upon arrival with other half that half was missing half. I ordered salads with my pastas and received no dressings. To some no big deal we'll I kinda payed for it was expecting it. Called store was told in the most crude way that because it was only dressings that they can't do anything for me.....To them I was a burden a problem and was even told that they could not and would not give me the name of the GM so I could speak with them. So I was offered Pizza Hut Credit. For compensation. After this visit which way too long to type I won't be back and asked if I could have credit back to my account was told no. So sad that this is what this great company y has now become. Where the customer is wrong and the customer is a...
