Yaghi's New York Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pflugerville

I visited this store earlier this week and was disappointed with the service, or lack there of. It was my first time there, and I mentioned that to her, so I checked the menu online prior, but had questions when I got there. When I went in there was a blonde lady at the pizza station and she just asked how can I help you? No hi, welcome in, nothing. So I looked at the menu on the counter and noticed the pricing was different online ($1 cheaper so that was cool but I was concerned the pizza slice lunch deal didn't come with a drink since it was $1 cheaper.) I tell her I wanted the 2 pizza slice lunch. She lets me know they don't have cheese pizza only pepperoni, so I said ok. As I'm waiting another lady and her daughter come in and she strikes up a conversation, it's clear she was familiar with them. However, she literally took my payment and started talking to them as if I wasn't standing at the register. I wanted to ask if the meal came with the drink since it was cheaper on the menu in store than it was online but she was mid conversation and she already gave me a vibe as if I annoyed her. As she gives me my slices she goes back to talking to the lady, so I stood to the side for a min hoping to get acknowledged and didn't. I interrupted the conversation to ask about the drink and she just points at the cooler, as if I knew that, and goes back to talking to the lady and her daughter. I was fuming at this point but I just left. As I was leaving I noticed she gives the girl a slice of cheese pizza, the same cheese pizza she told me she didn't have. (Update! January 2018) So 4 months ago I left a review saying maybe I went on a bad day and maybe that's why the pizza selection was literally 4 pitiful looking slices. I decided to check this place out again a few days ago and I walked in and walked right back out. That's how old the pizza at the display looked. It looked like cardboard and was clearly sitting there for a few hours. It wasn't even late. It was probably around 1 or 2pm. This place makes yaghis look bad and as I mentioned in my original review, I love yaghis. I go to their other locations all the time. I won't come to this horribly run yaghis again. They need new management or something. The other yaghis locations are great. This is a disgrace to the yaghis brand and a disgrace to all pizza.

(Original review 4 months ago, below) I love Yaghis pizza. It's been one of the few places in Texas that I found with good, New York style pizza and I love the lunch special. I've been to really good Yaghis locations but this one in Pflugerville is poorly run. Other locations have more options and fresher looking pizza. I went to this location in the middle of the day and they only had about 3 plain slices and 1 pepperoni slice. I'll keep trying other locations and at some point I might give this place another try since it's the closest to me. I hope next time...

This place is horrible! I ordered 2 lunch specials. One special was 2 pepperoni pizza slices. Well when they packed the order.. they put the paper plate with one of the orders on it on TOP of the other one in the SAME box! My daughter goes back into the establishment and show them the other plate on top took off the cheese and pepperoni on the other pizza. The lady said.. what do you want me to do? My daughter said I don’t know.. add cheese.. and this is how they fixed their mess up! I called when my daughter brought me this trash. I called the store and requested to speak to a manager. I spoke with someone named Danielle who stated she was the manager and owner. I tell her what happened and she says she knows cause she is the one who prepared the order! I asked why she wouldn’t fix the order correctly and she said there’s was nothing wrong with the pizza.. just the cheese came off part of it! She said she guess she should have realized the cheese on the other pizza would melt and at stick to the bottom of the paper plate she placed on top of it since it was hot. AND she realizes the cheese she added after the fact wouldn’t melt properly! Wow! They careless about fixing an order they clearly messed up! Don’t waste you money! Eat...
