I just want to laugh at these people that are complaining about the BUFFET. First, let me define Buffet : a meal consisting of several dishes from which guests serve themselves!!!! This has nothing to do with the price! The price can be fixed or by the pound! And they choose by the pound!!! Why are you crying!!! I can see the banner BIG in front of the store and as you enter along the wall where they serve the food Buffet style and on a frame stand! It’s clearly says Iftar Buffet at $6.99 a pound !!! So I don’t know how they are trying to scam or Steal🤔🤷‍♂️ You have a choice to put the food back if you are so damn cheap! And there is no way you can get great food for the price they have! People make me sick when they always whining! Prices of food are going up in general every where but as along as I have order from them they are reasonable and served great portion! Plus, there are sooo many restaurant that have Buffet by the pound all over AMERICA!!!! So ignorant and racist people here expressing their uneducated review😒!!!All along Bustleton and Castor Ave there you’ll find many restaurant serve buffet are by the pound! Go to the Brazilian restaurant for example and you’ll see their price by the pound!!!Please people google it!!! Be smart about buffet restaurant and be educated !!! It doesn’t always mean all you can eat! Even these Chinese restaurant I know they charge by the pound if you want to take it out! Sooo people need to chill out!!!! I love this place ! I always order here. The food is great. First incident I ordered 1/2 sausage and 1/2 cheese through Grubhub. When it was picked up it had all sausage. They then stated grubhub doesn't state that.. ok.. My boyfriend waited for the pizza. When he got home, it wasn't cooked all the way. I went backed to the store, explained the situation. Requested it to be delivered.. The cashier says the only thing is I have to charge a delivery fee. Excuse me. Why would I pay a delivery fee if it was you alls fault??? She then waived it. Pizza was delivered it was cool. Tonight I ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich and mozzarella sticks. I placed the order at 10:22.. My food was delivered at 10:32... Before I ordered I asked was it too late. The person taking my order says "it's never too late." (A guy, might be the owner)I live two mins away.. but whose food is done and delivered within 10 mins?? I called and stated that it was cold, before I could explain.. the guy went off.. telling me what I'm saying is ridiculous.. it's not cold. If I got it from a truck, it's the same thing. The chicken was warm, the pita was ice cold. I've gotten this before..so I know what it should be..I asked for another sandwich.. he says NO.. I'll give you your money back.. Tried to explain.. I normally never have a problem with this place, but after today, I can promise that these guys will never get my business ever again. I ordered a cheeseburger and grape leaves. Besides the fact that it took almost an hour to recieve my food, they also put mayo on my burger. I am allergic to mayo and no where on the description did it say the burger comes with mayo. So I call them and they said they will make a new burger and send it out right away. Well after waiting for another 45 minutes, I called them up again and said forget it because I had to leave for work. The man on the phone then told me that it takes that long to make and he was also waiting to get another order in my area so the driver doesn't have to make 2 trips to the same area. That is outrageous! He then tried to make me feel bad because I said I can't wait any longer and I want a refund for my burger. Then after he argued with me on it, he said he would refund me and then he hung up on me. I have never been so put off by this place and I can guarentee that they will no longer be ordered from me ever again! And I will be sure to put this review on every site I can because they certainly do not deserve another dime from anyone else if this is how they treat...
