I don't usually write reviews but .....!!! : ) KUDOS TO APOLLO'S EXPRESS on Conrad Street! Last night I put in an order for several things, a large pizza, a stromboli and an Antipasto plus a couple of side orders The food arrived hot, fresh and with obvious care put into everything! They even threw in a 2 liter Pepsi at no extra charge! Sweet! I forgot I had nothing to drink at home and spaced on ordering it, so extra nice surprise to be gifted the soda!! Plus, the delivery guy was super nice and courteous! I'm truly impressed with the new owners commitment to quality food & generous servings! I've never been disappointed! These days with high food costs, it's nice to have a place in the neighborhood that has a friendly staff; excellent eats with ample amounts, all beautifully presented! Stop by and give them a try, I promise you won't be disappointed! Everything is delicious! Thanks to all the folks at Apollos Express on the corners of Conrad & New Queen streets; across from Conrad and Tilden Streets, under new management. I appreciate their dedication to quality here in our neighborhood! We wish you many happy, successful years here! Keep up the good work! How does this place have such high reviews!? The old couple that runs it seem nice enough, but this is easily the worst take out pizza slices one can actually purchase with USD from a place with a business license.

The cheese resembles spent wax, and is about the same in taste and texture. The sauce is barely noticeable outside of color, adding nothing of value besides the caloric. The curst appears to be uncooked or at least under cooked, but lacks any moisture or buttery flavor, so one presumes any more oven time would just result in burnt bread, rather than an noticeable caramelization.

I don't know about anything else, but unless you're nostalgic for public school cafeteria pizza, yet some how worse, you're better off buying Ellio's or even a pizza lunch able, the price point is far...
