The Grace Apartments — Local services in Philadelphia

Since moving into The Grace, I have experienced a series of distressing issues that have significantly impacted my quality of life. Despite being a recently constructed building, numerous hallway doors do not shut properly, compromising the security and privacy of residents. Furthermore, the contractors responsible for the initial work ceased their efforts once residents began moving in, leaving several areas of the building unfinished and creating disruptions for tenants.

In addition to the structural deficiencies, I have found the absence of a trash chute in the building to be highly inconvenient, making waste disposal a cumbersome and unsanitary task for all residents. The lack of a leasing office has further exacerbated matters, as the property manager, Ron, has consistently ignored tenant concerns and dismissed them by comparing them to his own experiences with apartments, rather than addressing them promptly and effectively.

Furthermore, the inadequate security measures at The Grace have posed serious safety risks for residents. The lax screening process for new tenants has led to security breaches, including incidents such as the theft of my car and damage to another vehicle of mines in front of the property. The malfunctioning security cameras have failed to provide the necessary surveillance and protection against such criminal activities.

Moreover, it has been brought to my attention that The Grace Apartments may be operating without the required renters licenses, raising serious legal concerns about the collection of rent from tenants.
