Summary: Our wedding floral arrangements from vault and vine were GORGEOUS. We worked with Megan and she really listened, understood my vision, and was incredibly responsive and friendly. She worked with us to keep costs down and even was great about some last-minute changes. Absolutely brilliant I highly recommend Megan and Vault and Vine.

Details: I was absolutely enamored with Vault and Vine's floral arrangements; they displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and craftsmanship, creating a perfect blend of color, composition, and cohesion. They effortlessly fulfilled my request for warm, summery, local and seasonal flowers, and the freshness of their blooms felt like they were plucked from my mother's garden that very morning. When I provided them with a picture of my arbor adorned with example floral arrangements, they executed it flawlessly, even ingeniously solving the challenge of attaching the flowers. The praise for their work poured in from everyone, including the venue, who was so impressed that they asked for my Pinterest inspiration to recreate the look. Their response time was exceptionally quick, and they accommodated a 3-month turnaround, a stark contrast to other florists who claimed to be booked a year in advance. Opting for pickup on the wedding day was a breeze, thanks to their well-organized instructions and thoughtful provision of zip ties for the arbor. Megan was a true lifesaver, effortlessly accommodating last-minute changes, including adding an extra bouquet and a small arrangement just a week before the big day. I’ve been in here several times. Plants and atmosphere are beautiful and calming. Staff both at the nursery and cafe are usually kind and friendly, with one exception that I will get to later. The gifts are a little expensive but also unique enough to justify the price. The negative side of my experiences has to do with the cafe. I usually bring my own mug with collagen powder at the bottom. They do not stir in the powder, they just dump the coffee on top of it. They don’t sweeten their drinks enough, and the only sweetener they have out is stevia. That has a bad aftertaste to me so I end up going home and adding a little extra sugar then. It’s not a huge deal, but given that there are 2 other coffee shops in East Falls that will take the extra time to mix in my powder and don’t require extra sugar once the drink is prepared, it’s worth mentioning. The reason I won’t be coming back, however, is that this last time I went, I overheard one of their male baristas making some very unkind comments about a customer who ordered a drink made with whole milk, and then some more unkind comments about people who use whole milk in general. I was standing far enough away from the counter that if I heard him saying this, I’m sure the other customers did too. It’s inappropriate to openly judge what others are choosing to eat when you work at a place that serves food. I was really put off by his behavior, and I’m surprised he didn’t know better than to say things like that in the first place. When I’m in the market for a nice, unique gift, I may visit their store, but I definitely won’t be buying anything at their cafe again. Unless you’re looking for a side of judgement with your latte, there is much better coffee and better service at the other cafes...

This marvelous place is under new management and is ideal for family weekend outings... Or just stop in while you are in the neighborhood. The friendly atmosphere is felt the moment you walk in the doors. VAULT & VINE has an extravagant variety of gorgeous, healthy, and unusual plants to dazzle you. There is an unusual selection of jewelry and gift items that you won't find any place else. There is a friendly coffee bar that is unique with delicious pastries to accent any beverage you choose. Sitting in the plant-filled greenhouse, I enjoyed the Chai Latte... Ice cold, which was good and refreshing on this hot day. What I loved most was the fact that they had plant-based milk!... And, they offer several selections of VEGAN ICE CREAM! YUM!! This is my kind of place! ...Friendly people and great atmosphere with plenty to do and see. They even had a book corner, displaying books, written by one of the owners. Check out "SPACES" by Omari Baye, a very touching children's book that is also available in a coloring book format. Speaking of children, they are Creating a Special Place for Children with books and activities that will satisfy any child or child-like spirit.
