Green Line Cafe — Restaurant in Philadelphia

THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY RACIST AND I HAVE THE RECORDING TO PROVE IT!!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! This place needs to be shut down and I am officially on hunt to make sure it happens, because what happened today was completely unacceptable. I went to the location trying to ask for the managers contact information so I could speak with them directly regarding an issue I had and the guy at the register was BEYOND RUDE! He kept trying to avoid the question and then tried giving me his information even though I kept specifically requesting the managers information. He was being extremely difficult and confrontational with me which made no sense because I literally just kept asking him the same question. When the manager finally actually came to speak with me he too was being very rude! I really want to like this place, but they are constantly getting orders wrong, which doesn't even make sense as it's all ordered online. 9/10 orders seem to have an issue. I order two coffees and they make one. I order oat milk and they add regular milk. I order a scone and they forget to put it with my order. They cancel items that were shown as available. Always running out of coffee carriers and more than half the food menu is consistently out of stock. I have sympathy for covid messing up normal ordering procedures but its been over a year with no improvement. When you ask the barista to redo an order or point out that they forgot an item, it's met with attitude...

Consistently unimpressed with this place. The coffee is okay and is their strong suit, but that's where it ends. Usually packed, but that's not what bothers me; it's how slow the line moves and the overall disarray when certain people are behind the counter. Dirty tables, bagels served cold and untoasted, and just an overall "meh" atmosphere some of the times I have been here. Sandwiches and wraps heated on a panini press are standard fare for any café; the ones served here are nothing to write home about.
