UPDATE 6/27/24: Came by yesterday during stroll the street and had the most delicious Hawaiian slice. I had just gotten face-painted across the street as a joke with friends and had a big green snake painted on my face. I even asked the face-painter for a snake eating a slice of pizza. I told this story to the staff at Benny’s and the owner gifted me a staff t-shirt with pizza slices and snakes on it! the owner was so sweet and talked and laughed with us and it was so awesome. Truly iconic and such a great memory I’ll have forever!! Keep the inventive specials coming! So far I’ve tried the Hawaiian, Buffalo chicken, and plain. Give this great place your business you won’t regret it!!!! They also have an awesome special for a free slice on your 21st bday! I’m 30 but awesome for the college kids!!

Great new addition on Main St with awesome hours. The pizza is NY style, thin and delish, good value. The indoor space is limited so let me give you some tips from a local on where to go to eat after you pick up your slices: if you want to take your pizza to Fat Lady Brewing (they don’t have a kitchen so you can bring in your own food - they also have trivia and lots of events) and the second place is a block away if you walk down main st, across from Brazilian wax/Chloe Madeline’s there is a small alleyway with three painted picnic tables and a flower/lights overhang. Both are great places to eat this delish pizza. The actual shop is also right off the towpath which makes for a nice walk afterward where there are some benches and places to sit to watch the turtles/geese...

I ordered delivery here and it was never delivered. After speaking with a store employee, he said I would have to come in store for a refund. I did this, the store owner refunded me in cash because he wasn't able process a card refund. All was good at this point. Later I received an email telling me he did somehow do a refund and that I needed to come in again and return the cash. I never got a refund on my card, so I emailed back. I got no response for a few days until I received another email saying "Hey man, you got a refund.  Not sure why you felt the need to leave a one star review." I hope this clarifies that. Moral of the story: if you're going to eat here, pick it up in store.

Pizza is amazing however, it’s very disconcerting to see an employee bully others. We were there on Monday evening and the obviously senior tall brunette employee really was bullying the only other employee in the establishment, a shorter blonde. It was uncomfortable to watch and when I tried to step in, they actually told me the pizza was paid for (it wasn’t, and I’m happy to pay for it) and waved me away so they can continue berating the younger one. Listen, I’m a consumer and I’m going to take my pizza and go, but I hope that management sees this and addresses it. I will be calling tomorrow to follow up because what I saw just...
