Coco's Cookies and Creamery — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ordered a banana split when it was given to me it had syrup dripping all over the sides to the point it covered my hands. I gave it back to the person to fix it and he attempts to wipe the sides with his hands then saw me looking and grabbed napkins. The preparer then tried to fix it by scooping out huge chunks of the banana split I didn't even want it anymore. He gave me my money back with a attitude as if I the customer was the problem for wanting presentable food and not 2 different people picking at to rectify a problem instead of just making a new one. I literally just ordered the cookies and it is so bad. It tastes like whole milk and flour. The only thing that saved (I use that word so loosely) some of the cookies was like the chocolate chips or the peanut butter.. literally the flavor is so bad I promise you you will regret it do not buy from here. You're better off going to Walmart or getting any store bought cookie. I am so disappointed and upset. If I knew it was going to be this bad I would've went insomnia. Went here earlier today (2/27/23) and to say the help was horrible would be an understatement. The young lady who took our order was not friendly, pleasant or welcoming. She was on the phone the whole time while taking our order & it seemed like we were interrupting her conversation. Not only was she rude she got our order wrong & we didn’t get everything we ordered. Just a disgrace and overall disrespectful. I felt like my business was not appreciated so I won’t be back.
