During my last visit to this restaurant there were 3 unruly unaccompanied tweens sitting at the table next to me. One of the kids kicked the bottom of my shoe with the tip of his shoe 2-3 times disturbing my restaurant experience.
Continued, I have been a long time customer for about 20 years. This restaurant does not have servers, but post the Covid-19 pandemic within the past 1-2 years the restaurant started shoving that tipping screen on the credit/debit card machine in customer’s faces when customers are paying for their order before customers have received their order or service expecting customers who dine in to tip at a restaurant that does not have servers. I would suggest that the restaurant mark up all menu item prices by 15-20% or whatever the current rate is.
On top of that the customer service has gone down hill. For years during most visits it used to be the same man behind the counter who took in-person and telephone orders and rang up customers at the register for their purchases. He was always Professional!!! Read moreI live in WI. My boyfriend was traveling for work in Philadelphia during our 4 year anniversary, and I wanted to do a little something special for him. I called Colonial Pizza and asked them to deliver a cheese pizza with olives shaped like a heart on it (my boyfriends favorite pizza topping is olive). I also asked them to write a note in the box for me. They did an awesome job (other than my boyfriends name is TJ, and they wrote PJ... Understandable hearing mistake). They even made the pizza look like a heart. My boyfriend loved it and said the pizza tasted amazing.

Calling in an order, and I had to change my request and was put on hold twice, then was answered with attitude because we had to go over that order again. When I go to repeat myself, i was told no , they will speak(person taking the order ) , basically rushing me and also told that other people where calling and i had to get it together.
