The light skinned bar tender w the curly hair is rude! Only catered to the men. I ordered mussels and shrimp, it had no butter, garlic, and old baeafood was over cooked,I told them they said nothing and I ask for cocktails sauce for my shrimp they said I had to pay for it.look at the menu they can't even spell.

Great local place, cash only. Stopped in as I working close by and was exploring the area. Ordered the Mussels and Crab platter....SO DELICIOUS! The drinks are good prices and the bartender was very kind. This was a weekday so it was very relaxed and comfortable. Cant say how a weekend is.

The energy was great. Good atmosphere for a little date night. Food was on point. Not expensive and drinks not expensive either

Update - as of 8/5/2023 they are not located at 5322 Chew Ave. They are still located at the original location near the corner of Germantown and Chelten Ave. I dont know why the address is wrong online or why the owner hasn't fixed it but head to the old spot. Still serving food and good drinks.

This is my go to spot for cheap (considering the size), well made drinks. Average of $10 and under for top shelf. Staff is always nice and music is usually good. The crowd can be questionable depending on the day and time you visit, but it's always a good time. And if your hungry the food is actually good and reasonably priced.

PS - if you came here back when they charged a cover to get in, they dont do that anymore. And it's not nearly as crowded. Nice chill spot...

Nothing like it use to be. Stopped in for a break after work n have a drink with my girl friend. Service was slow. Then I tried to play some music on the juke box .it was off . I asked the bar maid who was sitting at the end of the bar chatting with her friends if she could turn on the juke box and her response was That's not my job..so after sitting there listening to the events of everyone else's night the day before n the barmaid sitting comfortable ly at the end of the bar with her friends I got up n left .didn't even finish my drink. It was as if I was hanging on the street corner hearing about everybodies business . I won't be back . This place got sooooo ghetto . It use to have a little class. Now it has...

Ordered a ribeye medium rare - got a hockey puck for a steak my steak knife couldn't cut through it -the ENTIRE piece of steak ...and $40 or whatever it cost ...went in the trash. Charged me $5 for a baked potato and forgot to include it in the bag. I tried to call 3x and no answer so I'm leaving this review instead. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - for the price AND the quality. 1* bc the service (when they answered)...
