Omg, went here in 9/9/21 @ around 650p So as I pulled up the 1st thing I was greeted with is "I'm only serving hot coffee" so I said that my order was placed through the app and I'm picking up. He tells me I'm not serving pumpkin spice I said OK change it to Carmel and coconut flavor. so I get to the counter because the order is for my daughter and I asked for some reason because something told me to ask him is this decaf? He tells me that oh no it's not decaf I say well if the order said Decaf why would you give me caffeinated coffee? So he says well I'm sorry I didn't tell you. Then I said what am I supposed to do due to her only drinking decaf? So he goes " Ma'am we close in an hour, I'm like Oohhh kaaayah, an hour is a long time!!! So he turns around with an attitude an slams the machine, snatched the coffee filter out to make decaf, smh so it seems he didn't feel like making it but gives me attitude. After being treated so rudely, I went directly to 8113 Stenton Ave. I was greeted with "good morning" by basically the entire staff as they went from here to there during their daily job duties. THE CONTRAST between the two stores simply just AMAZED ME! People STO allowing these folks at Wadsworth and Cheltenham Avenue s disrespect you.
