On Thursday 01/6, I went to the drive thru of this Dunkin. Was on an extended wait in drive through, per the usual, but I frequent this place none the less. On this day, I placed my order waited some more, got to the window and showed an offer code I had from the app, the scan the app and swiped my card. I realized that there was not a change in the price. I ordered omelet bites which offered a free beverage. I had two beverages in my order. I asked why I was charged for the drink; the young man was not sure and was willing to offer me a third drink. I did not need a third drink though, so I kindly declined and asked if there could be refund of the difference. At this point the manager came to the window, she refunded me in cash because they were having a hard time with putting the difference back on the card and proceeded to hand me my order, less the one of my drinks. I requested the other drink, right when I was about to pull off, the manager asked for the drink back, I said I wanted the drink, she said you were refunded, you did not pay for the drink. I explained I should not have had to pay for the drink it was part of my offer. She said if I take the drink I would be stealing. I was appalled, because that was just ridiculous. I said ma'am I am not stealing, I provided an offer code, she said it didn't work so I had to pay for the drink. I explained you already handed me the drink, you cannot sell this drink to anyone else, so are you just going to throw it away? She proceeded to call the cops. I left because it was all too much. I called the corporate office to make a formal complaint, I was told somewhere from the store will call me. And still I wait. This Dunkin' store branch has lost yet...
Read moreI normally DREAD going to Dunkin because no matter the location, The people who work there act like they are doing you a favor by patronizing their store. However my MIL who has been in and out of the hospital this week requested donuts for dinner. So I went and placed a mobile order going through the drive-through I noticed that they also had new cornbread munchkins and donuts and I wanted to try one since I love cornbread in general.
I asked if I could order one and the guy said the minimum is five so I just told him to forget about it and I would just pick up my original order. When I went to the window the very lovely man named Jose handed me a bag with five munchkins on it and said not to worry about it they were on him. It was such a generous gesture, I just had to rave about it. Jose, you are great! Thank you for blessing me! There is a closer Dunkin’ Donuts to my house but if my mother-in-law ever wants Dunkin again I will specifically only be patronizing...
Read moreNot only is this place extremely slow, but they aren't too bright either. I stop in here almost every afternoon on my lunch break bc I'm out delivering packages in the area. After placing my order today I asked if I could use the restroom & was told "no, due to covid reasons" by one of the employees. Covid is exactly why I needed to use the restroom bc after delivering packages all day I wanted to wash my hands before eating my apple fritter I just bought from there. What made it worse was that the employee proceeded to tell me to go over to taco bell & use their restroom...smdh...so now, this dunkin just lost a customer bc from here on out I will only go to taco bell. If it weren't for the 10 ppl in line already complaining about how slow the service was I would've canceled my entire order & went to taco bell instead. If the restroom is closed due to covid then so should the...
