Taco Bell — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This place sucks! When they first opened food was great. Now it’s gone down. Every time me and my family come here. The food quality sucks. We order crunchy tacos all the time. ( IF I WANTED SOFT TACOS I WOULD OF ORDERED IT ). We get them broken and soggy. Breaks apart eating it. Never feels hot just room temperature. We always ask for extra cheese on all 24 tacos never get it or barely any cheese on. FYI: (WE ORDER PARTY PACKS) pay extra for cheese and they never put it on. We ordered 2xs this past wk on March 16th & 18th ,2023 and hoping on the 18th it would be better but no another $100 wasted. Even we order nachos bellgrande and never get the extra nacho cheese we pay for on it. Its always just dry chips & barely no toppings. And to make our orders worse. We ordered 3 blue raspberry freeze 2 large and 1 regular and none of our drinks was filled. The regular one was 1/2 full the two large was filled the size of regular ones. This place sucks and people need training. We are never coming here again. We drive less than 10 mins for bad service. $200 dollars wasted the 2 times we came here for expensive tacos that cost $3 & some change each.We will stick with KFC/Taco Bell on Harbison because they get it right all the time. Hot crispy tacos. I’m giving this Bustleton Taco Bell 2 stars because the only positive thing I can say is the food taste fresh. The orders of cinnamon twists always good & fresh but the quality and extra add ons I never get what I pay for sucks. I wouldn’t waste time asking for my money back because I’ll never eat at this place...

NEGATIVE STARS- HORRIBLE SERVICE!

1st. Stop TB on Bustleton Absolutely awful! Not sure if it's me, but they have a poor quality of customer service and no respect. Walked in to place an order, waited 15 minutes before someone decided they were going to come help. When asked, how I can be helped I proceeded with my order, not even half way through the order the young kid looks at me and says, "yeah no" and walked away to take orders from the drive through.

Absolutely horrible! Will not go back and would give negative star if I could.

Left that Taco Bell and went to the one on Harbison Ave. Placed my order, waited over 30 minutes to get it. My craving box comes with a drink, I was charged for 2 extra drinks...I order 3 Craving boxes, only received 1 order of the cinnamon twists. I was already aggravated from the incident at the other TB, so I didn't look at my order before leaving. When I got home I noticed it. Horrible...check you're orders...

Last night was the last straw for me with this place

I drove to this store at roughly 1230am last night.. google said they were open until 2am. When I got to the order screen a woman very rudely informed me they were not accepting orders unless I was Door Dash.

I was curious so I went on my Door Dash app and ordered food and sure enough my order was picked up n delivered but ultimately I had to wait way longer then I should’ve and paid much more in Door Dash fees all because they wouldn’t take my drive through order

To top it all off my food was terrible O ordered extra beef on my burritos and it was so skimpy, my nacho fries had almost no seasoning on it and they got other parts of my order wrong

I’ll never order from this store again! Some of the worst service and experience i’ve ever had if I could i would...
