I love my cafe lattes from Dunkin Donuts but I unfortunately had the most awful experience at this drive through today! I was there at 10.45 - had to say 'Hello?' at least 5 times before somebody even answered at the drive through line and then waited over 10 minutes at the window and my coffee was still not done. There was nobody in front of me either. They charged my card for the latte that I never received and I had to end up leaving without it because I would have been late picking my daughter up from school had I waited another 10 mins or longer. I asked them to refund my money back to the card. The guy who was working at the window took my card again and assured me that he refunded it but looking at my bank account I see no refund only the charge for the coffee. Walked in Sunday Morning at 5:12am Sunday August 28, 2022 to grab a coffee. The employee was coming out of the walk-in refrigerator and noticed me at the counter. She said "sorry, were closed. I'm opening at 6am. I forgot to lock the door". She was so quick to get me out of the store. Didn't care about my need at all. She was extremely rude. I'm glad she threw me out the way she did. She just saved me money. I will never support that store again. I recommend the public take their business elsewhere. Besides, their medium coffee is more expensive at $2.47. I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.
The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!
