Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This DD is full of laziest and most ghetto staff. I always order small French vanilla hot latte and they always give me just regular cafe au lait that tastes terrible. Latte can just not be latte without foamy steamed milk on top; that's what makes it latte and distinguishes it from regular coffee but staff just doesn't seem to care. They just want to get your order out of the way. No pride whatsoever. However, there's only one guy (don't know his name) who seems to be their boss or franchise owner makes it properly but I very rarely see him there. Everyone else just pushes order out of the way not giving a single damn about it. Would I just not order a regular coffee instead of latte if that's what I want? But they serve it to me and charge for French vanilla hot latte. They are supposed to ask you for whipped cream and sugar. They don't. I don't quite understand if it was the employees, or the owner, But me my mother and sister were out enjoying breakfast sandwiches at this location, before that, we got coffee at wawa down the corner from this Dunkin donuts, we were talking, having a great time catching up, that was until one of the employees from this location walked up to us and asked us to leave, we asked why, they say we were there for a half hour, which is the limit for staying in the store, and because we had wawa cups inside the store, to our shock, we gladly picked up our meal and exit the store, and continued to catch up at the dunkin donuts down Aramingo ave, where they didn't give us any problems and said a time limit is bullshit, and that they didn't like the fact we had wawa cups, point of all this is, stay clear of this trashy store, nothing a few good phone calls can't...

Not one to write bad reviews but with what I witnessed yesterday, I have to. There was a line out the door, and only 2 workers. One of them was a girl and the other one a guy, but he looked like he was on something. The girl was running around doing everything she could and the guy was staring at her doing absolutely nothing. I’m guessing he was new. To be that understaffed is extremely unprofessional. Whoever is in charge of organizing needs to bring in more workers immediately.
