Unfortunately I had to give this sad place a star due to there not being an option for no stars.. This place is beyond horrible. Staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional to say the least. I tried coming through here to get a coffee a few different times thinking it'll be different second or third time around. Not at all... Same extremely rude female worker there had so much mouth on her she went blabbering on and on cause my passenger was ordering. Said nobody is allowed to go through the drive thru and have the passenger order. Not even mentioning the crazy stuff that was said from her previous times I went there. She is out of order and someone needs to tell her that there's crime happening just for someone talking reckless to another person. Needs to be retrained and told how crazy this world is.. Read moreI had an early morning webinar to watch. I often stop in Dunkin Donuts to bang out email, enjoy my giant coffee; I have done this often, where I live in Georgia. I set up my laptop, had great wifi. Was happy and productive. About 45 minutes later, after my kid's mom called, a worker came over me and said "Sir, you can not do this. This is a restaurant, people don't like to see this." He said "You are taking up two tables" (Meanwhile there were 3 empty tables in the corner where I was sitting.") Read moreThe Lady that works the morning shift now is rude and slow. Cars are now lining up close to the lights and busy roads which never happened before. Got there at 5:54 am and didnt get my order till 6:27 am. Plus, when you get to the window, she ask clueless and when explaining nicely, she rolls her eyes. She would say a completely different order and I would say” Oh no it’s a mobile pick up for____.” And she rolls her eyes and walks the opposite direction while I'm staring at my order with my name on it that I just said.
