Eagle Bar — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I always like to come to this bar for many years. I go there more often now that I live in the area. I know lots of the staff and bartenders and even other patrons. It's usually an older, chill crowd. Occasionally, there is a super rude bartender that comes from the other bar that always starts an argument with me and starts cursing at me & threatening me. If I see her working I won't even go in, she's usually not there. I went in to see my Friend that was bartending and the 1 that doesn't like me was in the bar, not working, just drunk and starting problems..She tried to start a fight w me for no reason and then was trying to fight the bartender that was working..it was ridiculous and the staff couldn't even get her to leave...the bartender KeKe and the Security and Managers all remained professional, but threatening paying customers and other staff is very unprofessional and I shouldn't have to feel Unsafe in a place I've been going to for many years...I usually love going there and always have a really great time with friends and fun customers. It's generally a very welcoming and safe, fun bar. The case of 1 "bad apple"...they should definitely rethink...

I love the Eagle and have been going there for many years... The atmosphere is usually really chill, it's a mixed crowd and all ages. There are many more older people. The bartenders that usually work there are all Super Sweet & Attentive. Great Drinks and I always see friendly and familiar faces.. The awesome StarTenders are KeKe, Tommie, Kandy, Goldie & Peaches💕🔥🌟🍹 ... The managers Mike, Jim, & Rasheen are awesome 😎 There is 1 super rude, loud and aggressive "bartender" that has made Racial Comments, Threatened Me, Refused to Serve Me or Even let Someone else buy me drinks... I bartended for many years, I didn't know you Refused Good Green Dollars because of a person's complexion...??? 😳🤷.. I'm pretty sure the Owner, that I know personally wouldn't appreciate it approve of that behavior... She's usually at the Clock around the corner, being Ratchet & Rude... So I won't ever go to whichever place she is... 🤔avoid Toxic Behavior🤐.. I still stop in the Eagle often to see...

I haven't really been to this bar like that to be honest because of the area and it be in North Philly anything could jump off but I was only there to sit down and eat my cheese steak and hoagie from Max's cheesesteaks and Hoagies next door with a girlfriend of mine on a Friday night and we only chose that made us wanted to stay for I can say the seating was comfortable the bar was filled but not crowded they also sell fried foods such as shrimp and chicken wings and french fries I didn't get a look at the rest of their menu but it seems to be good as their drinks seem to be pretty awesome so far as visually and they are known to have the largest frozen drinks such as margaritas and daiquiris in Philly so possibly one day I will go back to...
