I stayed at the Four Seasons over the Winter Storm Kenan weekend. So, I had every other meal here. Every meal I ordered was absolutely delicious! Flavorful, fairly-priced, beautifuly presented food in reasonable portions. Unlike the 'family restaurants', I DID NOT feel like I was being poisoned at Egg's Ale. The food was NOT packed with shortening and salt. They use fresh tomato, herbs and cheeses (if the recipe calls for it). "Fresh, hot and [just enough] of it!" They give you an abundance of freshly made marinara and other condiments. As far as the bar, they have a nice assortment of wine and spirits, are quick with your average cocktail and are happy to indulge you if you want to get creative and come up with your own drink. All cocktails and spirits are served in their appropriate and respective glasses, with an extra large ice cube if called for. I cannot say enough about their service. Impeccable! There are very warm, courtesy gentlemen running this place. Hats off to the chefs and the whole staff. The restaurant is always clean and organized. Great lighting and plenty of seating. You should definitely check them out. They have so much to offer! 15% discounts for hotel guests.

We had just moved to Philly when we visited. This place popped up on our map as we were walking back from picking up some basic apartment supplies from chain stores downtown. It was a weekday so the restaurant was not too busy and we were seated immediately. Staff was really pleasant and attentive! Our drinks and food were quickly prepared and served fresh and hot. The food overall was filling and good overall, but didn't *wow* us. My roommate's food was cooked well but lacked seasoning and care to really give it developed flavors. My wrap was similarly cooked well but really relied on basic bbq sauce for any kind of personality. Still, we ate everything! Cocktails leaned sweet during the first round, but when we ordered another round "less sweet" the bartender understood the assignment and made them prefectly. Prices were reasonable considering the location and amount of food we got. It's in a Sheraton hotel, so it looks and feels... like an agreeable, sterile, but welcoming environment. Very clean interior, well-lit and sunny by the windows. The staff were excellent: friendly but not too pushy.

I wasn’t expecting much from a restaurant parked in the corner of a hotel lobby — you know, the kind of spot that feels like an afterthought between the elevators and the “please take one” brochure rack. But surprise! Breakfast was actually solid. The French toast was light, sweet, and generous with the bananas — very generous. Unfortunately, the bananas had fully committed to the “retired and soft” lifestyle. I prefer mine still holding onto some dignity, but hey, if you're into the mushier side of life, you'll be thrilled. Then came the Philly omelet — didn’t look like in my photo (I think the photo was taken during after 5 mimosas), but it tasted way better than expected. Savory, cheesy, and all-around comforting. Like breakfast gave you a little hug. Service was friendly, the vibe was chill, and despite being next to the hotel foot traffic, it didn’t feel chaotic. Would I return? Sure. Would I ask for bananas on the side next time? Absolutely.
